No Pets Allowed. A gracious Park Hill home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub and secluded gardens. From the moment you enclose yourself in the lovely surroundings you feel the special element of this home. The front enclosed garden greets and then entices you to sit, savor a cup of tea and the beautiful garden. The hot tub is nestled in a back yard gazebo for your enjoyment. Once inside the ambiance is unmistakabley influenced by the sea. A cozy fireplace, warms an accommodating living room with a full kitchen nearby. All three bedooms are beautifully decorated and have private garden views. Throughout this special home there are touches to remind you of the special gift that mother nature bestowed on Cambria. Just a short walk to Shamel Park and the magnificent Cambria ocean, a wonderful place to sequester yourself from the discordance of everyday life. 'A Gift from the Sea' will nurture your spirit and soothe your body, urging return voyages. Children are welcome, sorry no pets. For those who smoke, please do so outside only.Single level, short walk to East West ranch trails and beach, enclosed yard and patio, outdoor spa, wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, washer / dryer. I thing the thing I like the most was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a very nice stay and had what we needed to get by for our time there.

The location is great, check-in and check-out was very easy, and the house is very nicely decorated. We were there over New Year and the inclement weather prevented us from taking advantage of the outdoor areas, but it looked like a very nice place to sit. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, and we would recommend a dehumidifier to help with the challenges of the local climate. We could not get the hot tub to a good temperature and the chlorine was very strong.

We did lots of walks right from the front door. When we are next back in Cambria we will definitely try and rent this property again.

Great location

We liked that the home is located close to trails for walking and bike riding. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The only negative is that the hot tub didn't get as warm as we would have liked.

Also the rental is close to town making quick access for all our needs. The home was spotless and offered plenty of extra space towels and sleeping pillow choices. Great place to stay with my family for a wedding weekend. Three bedrooms are a necessity with two teenage boys, and the master suite was perfect for us. Kitchen is adequately equipped to cook meals, which is helpful since Cambria rolls up its sidewalks early.Access to the nature preserve that takes you down to the cliffs above the ocean is literally across the street. Hot tub is an added bonus.Be aware that check in instructions are emailed to you at the time you book, from a management company, so check your spam folder. I booked three months in advance and was concerned that the day of our stay I hadn't received instructions, but the response from the management company was prompt, and we had no issues getting in.

Has a very nice patio in front and small one in rear. Bar b que old and dirty, didn’t work. We have been coming to Cambria for over 20 years for family reunion. We go through Scenic Coast Realty for the rentals and have had Outstanding Service every time.

Relaxing Visit to Cambria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home that is in good condition. The furnishings were comfortable and the home was nicely equipped. The home is located in the flat area of Park Hill which allows you to walk easily around the neighborhood. Also if mobility issues are a problem this home does not have stairs to deal with. It is close to town as well as a short distance to the beach. And the garden is lovely. We had a couple of small maintenance items and Scenic Coast Mgmt was quick to respond to our call. We would certainly rent this home again should we have the opportunity to return to Cambria.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this lovely house before but two things have gone down hill. 1) Hot tub was so dirty it was unusable. 2) AC was not functioning.The house was very clean and we would stay here again, assuming the broken AC and dirty hot tub were taken care of.
