Just a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and Fort Myers Beach, embark on endless adventures along the South West Florida waters. Bring your own boat or arrange for a rental to be delivered to our private pier. The boat ride from our dock to the river is just 2 min!



Area attractions: Must see attractions include the Sun Splash Water Park located 10 minutes from our home. More than 2 dozen wet and dry attractions include tube ride, waterslides, lazy river, Cape Fear and more. Golf courses abound. The fishing is great whether you choose Captiva Island, Naples, Pine Island or Fort Myers to begin your expedition. Tarpon, snook, redfish, grouper and others are abundant. There are many islands to explore either on your own or on one of the many tours available. The Yacht Club is owned by the City of Cape Coral and offers a fishing pier, swimming, tennis, a snack bar and full service marina. It is 10 minutes from the house. Sanibel and Captiva have beautiful white sandy beaches accessible by car or boat. Don`t miss the bird sanctuaries, the lighthouse and the amazing shelling available. There are over 35 golf courses within 30 miles.



Other activities: There are many fabulous restaurants in and around Cape Coral. Not far from Fort Myers River District. Go to Fort Myers Beach for great food right on the beach or explore the nightlife at the restaurant/bars downtown. You can drive out to Captiva Island which is very quaint and fun to walk or bike around. Fort Myers Beach has a ferry to Key West. It is a 3 1/2 hour boat ride and you can spend the day or stay overnight-nice trip-interesting place.



Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available for daily, weekly and longer. Boats can be reserved in advance and delivered to our dock, or bring your own boat which can be put in at Horton Park which is at the end of our street, and driven the short distance to our dock.



DAMANGE DEPOSIT: In lieu of taking a damage deposit or card authorization we require guest purchase an $89 property damage protection policy. Upon booking we will reach out to you, with a link to purchase.



Dogs welcome! (With prior authorization) All we require is that he/she is house trained, on a flea/tick regiment, put a cover on the couch to avoid pet dander, pick up any pet droppings outside, and dogs can`t be left unattended in the lanai. (Pet agreement and waiver of liability is required) $50 fee for 1-2 dogs, additional dogs require prior approval and additional fee.

Cats are not permitted.
