Two living rooms, large dining area, bi-level deck & Arcade game room, makes a perfect space for 1 or 2 families to pause from the stress of a fast-paced life & relax. Kids will love the magical fairy houses and gnomes. There is room to be together or apart! Play a arcade game, relax in the warmth of the gas-fireplace or stream your favorite shows on 55” HD TVs.

1ST FLOOR LIVING SPACE: Enter via your unique keyless code into a foyer with views into the living room, dining area and sunlit great room. The front living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional sofa and 55” HD TV, perfect for a cozy evening reading a book or streaming your favorite show. The second living area (Great Room) is flooded in sunlight from 12+ windows and two skylights. It is a perfect space for families to gather with a large comfy sectional sofa (ample seating for everyone), a decorative fireplace, 55” HD TV, and multiple kid and family friendly games. Kids can play with the hot-wheels racetrack, little people, Pictionary or build a fort as parents relax and watch them enjoy an array of toys. Sign into a streaming service you belong to and enjoy family movie nights.
PORCH: screened-in for the summer breezes and enclosed with plexiglass for the cooler days. It is a great place to relax. If you have children or are a “child at heart” the fairy houses are usually a favorite. My woodworker husband "Grandpa” started making these for our grandchildren. He has them believing the fairies come during the night while they are asleep by placing something new to be found in the morning. To their delight, our grandchildren have found fairy size sailboats, furniture, rowboats, tables, chairs, welcome signs and many other mini fairies size items. It is enchanting to see the little ones run to the fairy houses first thing in the morning imagining the fairies have visited. This year gnomes arrived. Those little mischief makers have added to the excitement. Look outside for windows and doors on trees to envision what might live there.
DINING ROOM: the large table accommodates 8 with chairs and benches. A child’s booster is also available. Glass sliding doors in the dining area open to the bi-level deck. Enjoy eating outside in the nice weather or just a beautiful breeze as it fills house. In the winter looking out the glass doors to the snow and nature is truly a photo moment. Watch for the deer that walk by. The deck has a gas grill for your use. Propane is provided.
KITCHEN: has a new refrigerator, stove and microwave in addition to ample cooking and baking supplies, dishes, utensils and glassware. Our goal is to make your stay enjoyable. You can also forget cooking and enjoy some of the amazing local restaurants for dine in or take out. A comprehensive guide with links will be sent to you upon booking and local information guide is in the house.
BEDROOM: A spacious bedroom on the 1st floor, has a queen size bed with Sherpa comforter, full-size dresser, night table with light and magazines, full double-door closet and designated work station/table with light and USB connection and charging station. A decorative white board adds a fun place for messages.
BATHROOM: Full bath with tub/shower combo and unique design touches. Enjoy the tic-tac-toe toilet paper holder and the mason jar toothbrush / toothpaste holders.
LAUNDRY AREA: is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and detergent.
2ND FLOOR
GAME ROOM / LOFT: at the top of the stairway, you will be delighted with the newly designated gaming area. A full-size video arcade game system awaits with your old favorites. Play again yourself or teach your kids the fun of Pac Man, Frogger or Donkey Kong. A Wii is also set up to enjoy sports, or for those looking for a work-out, try the Wii exercise programs and board. The card table gives a great space for board games, cards or puzzles. It’s the perfect space for children to play upstairs while parents relax or visit downstairs.
MASTER BEDROOM: The spacious area has a queen size bed, dresser, night tables and lamps and chest of drawers. A walk-in closet easily accommodates 2 people. New wood blinds give room darkening effects for late morning sleep-ins and triple casement window provide a beautiful view of the yard.
KIDS “BUNK” ROOM: A few steps from the gaming loft you will find the 3rd bedroom. Designed for children, it has 2 bunk beds, (sleeps 4 people) a full-size dresser, closet and toys. Each bed is made up with a different brightly crayon colored comforter and all beds have white Sherpa blankets for extra cozy softness. The bunk room has new wood blinds, matching the other bedrooms, giving a room darkening effect to add in a good night sleep for the kiddos. A sound machine is also available.
BATHROOM: full bathroom with tub/shower combination and large vanity for storage.
The house has high-speed WIFI with a booster to make sure every little nook is accessible. All bedrooms, living room, great room, game loft and stairway have new carpet. Bedrooms feature premium bedding with blankets and comforters to keep you warm on crisp nights. The mountain temperatures are usually very comfortable, even in the summer. We do not have air-conditioning, but have ceiling fans placed in key positions throughout the house. The bathrooms have toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, baby shampoo, soaps, etc. and ample supply of towels.
We love to have children enjoy their vacation, the mountains and nature so have provided special items just for them. The children can enjoy their own unbreakable BPA free children’s plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There are also plenty of toys, games and books for all ages.
PARKING: Our long driveway can easily accommodate multiple cars. Since we are in the gated Timber Trails section, a special vehicle registration form needs to be completed to obtain your guest pass.

Although we don't allow groups for parties, if your child or spouse is having a birthday or special occasion and your family would like to surprise them with decorations displayed for your arrival, that can be arranged. Simple decorations will be provided, or for a small charge, balloons, napkins, etc can be purchased and displayed.
