Situated in the picturesque Village Walk neighborhood, The Villa Palm Azul Beach House is brand new to the rental market and is a perfect destination for your Gulf Coast vacation. This beach house is sure to inspire fun memories and jolly times for all who visit. This two story home offers 4 bedrooms and indoor and outdoor living spaces. Enjoy your coffee in the morning sun, read a book in the screened porch during the heat of the day. The world is your oyster! Once people find it - they aren`t going to want to ever leave!

Relish your mornings with coffee in the sunlit spaces, unwind with a book on the screened porch, or gather in the cozy common area where the kitchen and living room converge. The kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including an extra fridge filled with filtered water. For indoor relaxation, enjoy TV time or board games in the living room, and retreat to the serene master bedroom conveniently located on the main level. Heading upstairs, you will find two bedrooms; one room has a queen bed with built-in bunks for loads of fun, and then following the hall back across the stairs, you will find the third bedroom with two more queen beds. The 4th bedroom, with 2 more queen beds, is a suite with a separate exterior entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and living area.

Just steps outside the white gate, two heated and cooled community pools await, surrounded by lush pathways ideal for morning strolls. The picnic table with an umbrella invites leisurely lunches and relaxed gatherings.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Villa Palm Azul VW15 provides 3 paved outdoor parking spaces in the driveway and 1 inside the garage - total of 4 spots. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 15. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
