After a long, romantic walk along the lapping shoreline, take the elevator to easily access the condo then kick back in the living room to entertain friends or watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to knock out those online projects, and you can quickly download an energizing playlist to your devices for a good workout in the community gym. Follow it up with a refreshing dip in the shared pool or take advantage of the direct beach access to get in some boogie boarding in the crystal Gulf waters.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher, plus ample counter space and cabinet storage, so you'll have an easy time cooking up something wonderful for your dinner guests to savor at the dining table with seating for six. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy a quick afternoon snack before another outdoor adventure.
Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
