Our home has quickly become a popular destination for couples to celebrate special occasions. Our reviews tell it all with the attention to detail and custom amenities we provide along with our great location that's just steps to a dedicated neighborhood beach access. Stayed here for a long weekend! Steps from the beach, a short bike ride or golf cart drive to Seaside. House is perfect and has everything you need, and the backyard is so peaceful and tranquil. Will be staying here again.

Sweet sweet place

This cozy little cottage was a charming refuge; perfect for our romantic anniversary get away. The location and vicinity to the beach is ideally situated with everything in walking distance. It is well-appointed, meticulously clean, and more like a retreat! We took advantage of the hot tub, large walk-in shower and guest robes available for our use. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and full kitchen and outdoor grill. We loved how easy communication was with the owners. They were quick with responses, had easy to understand instruction's and were very thoughtful, leaving us a special anniversary gift.

This is an adorable property with close beach access. Had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Hosts are extremely kind and communicative. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10 experience.

Great anniversary stay!

Amazing and relaxing stay!

Well done, Mario and Dana! My wife and I had a blast this trip and a major reason for that was the excellent accommodations. The property is cozy and impeccably clean, reasonably priced, and chock full of wonderful little amenities and details that let you know they've gone the extra mile to make the stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, ranging from the awesome hot tub, to the abundance of towels, to the fireplace, to the incredible welcome of a bottle of wine and charcuterie (which were delicious btw!). We felt right at home, and Mario was always available when needed. Mario and Dana also do a wonderful job of guiding you through the stay, with a ton of little notes around the rental along with a beautiful handwritten greeting message that I was touched they took the time to write for us. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! If there were any minor nitpicks at all, we'd probably suggest to clarify upfront that their bikes do not have brakes. We didn't know, and honestly didn't feel comfortable riding them without it. Had we known in advance, we probably would have made time to rent some bikes earlier in the week. Another suggestion would be to state what to do with recycling along with the trash. Maybe make clearer that the grey bin the lounge cushions go into is on the other side of the privacy curtains, and maybe have some sort of light above the hot tub/lounge chairs as it can be a bit dark over there even with the porch lights on. Otherwise perfect for us!

We loved this home! Mario and Dana go above and beyond with their thoughtfulness! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and lounging in the backyard! Hot tub was great for chilly evenings! Perfect Getaway Spot

My wife and I celebrated our 14 year anniversary here and it was exactly what we wanted! In the heart of everything on 30A - and we rode the bikes everywhere! We only got in the car once during our week long stay. Nice getaway!!

The property was immaculate!!! Great location!! Within walking distance to the beach. We were surprised with a bottle of wine and a very nice charcuterie tray awaiting us. They had 2 comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella to use. As we all know those items can get pricey to rent for a week. Another perk were two bikes they supplied to explore the town or take an afternoon stroll. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely as well!!! Overall, very nice property!!!

Perfection

This quaint home is the PERFECT get away retreat especially for couples. Literally only a 5 minute drive from Seaside Park, beautiful bike scenery, and right across from the beach. It’s in the perfect location not too close to the road to enjoy peace and relaxation. I would stay here over and over again before ever going to a hotel! The owners checked in daily making sure everything was taken care of while being super friendly. I have already recommended it to my family and friends but I cannot wait to stay here again!

Anniversary Vacation

Perfect place for a getaway for two. Immaculate beach house perfectly decorated and expertly designed for a romantic escape. We loved our stay and can’t wait to get back. Beautiful Beach Retreat

Perfect place for our three night visit to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed tastefully with quality furnishings. Very easy walk to the wonderful soft sand beach. Perfect Couples Getaway

Thank you to Mario and Dana for being such gracious hosts. The champagne and charcuterie board was unexpected and such a nice touch! The property is so well maintained, and so so very clean, which we appreciated. Perfect location given its location to the beach and local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We enjoyed a short drive to Watercolor, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach, which was so nice. We highly recommend visiting these locations as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again with Mario and Dana.

Hello! We enjoyed vacationing here for over15 years and on each trip it was harder to leave. When we would go back home, friends would say, "you are going to move there someday aren't you?" I guess it was obvious how we felt about this amazing place.
Six years ago we full-filled their prophecy and moved here from south Florida to our beach vacation home, which is just down the road from Juan Love.
We are still inspired daily by the natural beauty that surrounds us and the friendly small town atmosphere. Kayaking with dolphins and rays, swimming with sea turtles, watching nature's show every night at sunset or biking in the forest and along 30A - we always find something fun to do.
We also enjoy amazing events throughout the year like the Songwriters Festival in January, Digital Graffiti in May and the Mountain Film Festival in November, plus many wine festivals in the spring & fall.
Every day is a new experience and we are so grateful to be here.

We wanted to offer a unique experience for just couples to enjoy a luxury beach house in a romantic spa like setting. We hand cleared the lot ourselves to preserve as much of the natural beauty that so often just gets lost with bigger homes. Juan Love's smaller footprint allowed us to save the old growth oak trees on the property and create a natural private setting, a nod to the homes that were originally built here.

We designed and built the back patio ourselves over many months, envisioning how the outdoor shower, spa pergola, dining area and even the grill would fit around the oak trees. Yes, we bumped our heads a lot until everything was in place! Honestly, it turned out better than we imagined and we hope it will be just as special to you.
We also completed all of the finishes inside the home. Going for a romantic modern vibe in a relaxing and efficient space.

We are proud to share Juan Love and all that 30A has to offer with you.

When we vacationed here, just a few hours at the beach with the scent of salt and pine in the air put us right into relaxation mode. Juan Love's location in the heart of 30A is perfect. You can walk to the beach and then come back and hop in the hot tub to rejuvenate and get ready to explore the area. 30A has a paved bike path that makes it easy to take your time exploring Deer Lake & Grayton Beach State Parks or the communities of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Along the way you will find top notch coastal cuisine and a variety of local shops. Make sure to make it back to the beach in time for sunset and then spend the evening dining on the private patio or lounging under the stars. We hope by the end of your trip that you will be wanting more, just like we did, and that you will return to enjoy the Juan Love Experience.
