Large Family Home w/ Heated Pool

This large, beautiful home is ready for that reunion you’ve been waiting to have. There are 3 levels and over 4,000 square feet for the whole family to enjoy and have their own space at the same time. Not only does it have 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, but it also has a gorgeous heated in-ground saltwater pool! The side yard has enough grassy space to throw a frisbee, play a game of cornhole or just let the kids run around. We are a very kid friendly home and offer a pack n play, high chair, kids toys and plenty of games for our guests to use.

Walk through the front door into the expansive kitchen. The large island seats 6 and has plenty of storage for all those vacation snacks! Directly off the kitchen is a dining table big enough for those sit down family meals.

Take advantage of the large living room where the whole family can gather. Whether it is sitting around the comfy sectional, or enjoying a game of cards at our game table, there is room for everyone. The 65” Smart TV is one of 4 TV's you will find in this house. Down the hall is a second living room perfect for the kids when they need their own space, or maybe when you need a quiet place to read. Next to the living room is the main level bedroom with a queen bed and an attached Jack & Jill bathroom.

Upstairs, you will first find the master bedroom featuring a gas fireplace, Smart TV and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub, double sinks, and separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet and plenty of dresser space so you don’t need to live out of your suitcase. Down the hall are a full bathroom, washer & dryer and three more bedrooms. The hallway landing is stocked with games, a game table, and a foldable futon, making it a perfect area for the kids to hang out.

Make your way down to the ground level to find the final two bedrooms which each have a queen bed, a newly renovated full bathroom and a second full-size kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Off the kitchen is a slider that goes right out to the oversized inground pool. Around the pool you will find plenty of chairs and places to sit back and relax.

Take a stroll or a bike ride around the quiet neighborhood to find private access to Follins Pond. Bring your kayak or paddleboard and enjoy a sunset paddle.

This home is located in Yarmouthport, what we like to call, the heart of Cape Cod. Just a short drive to Dennis village, beaches, the Cape Cod bike trail, golf courses (mini and traditional), ice cream, shopping and plenty of restaurants. We hope you can have that family vacation you’ve been dreaming of!

Other things to note
1. Sorry, no pets.
2. Full kitchen provided with glasses, silverware, and basic cooking supply needs.
3. Linens are not provided.
4. Air conditioning is self controlled mini splits located on the wall throughout the house.
5. Pool is heated Memorial Day through Labor Day. Heating the pool before or after that time will come with a fee (if the pool is still open)
6. Guest will be required to sign a rental contract in order to book.
