Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service - October 31. Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. This beachfront, three-bedroom penthouse is located in Panama City Beach at Long Beach Resort. Every room features spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white beaches! We are situated in Tower 4 on the 14th floor, which is the top floor.
The living room and dining room showcase a cathedral ceiling and open onto a 270-square-foot tiled terrace, offering breathtaking views of one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The spacious balcony features a dining table and two chaise lounges, perfect for relaxing. The dining room table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen bar offers additional seating for two.
This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals after a long day at the beach. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony adjacent to the living area or wake up in the master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, or in the second bedroom with two queen beds and full windows providing amazing views. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king-size bed and a full-size loft bed, along with a private terrace.
For your convenience, our condo includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a deep sink. During your stay, you can enjoy fantastic amenities, including a beachfront view, three community pools (two which are heated), a hot tub, and a poolside restaurant (seasonal) that offers sandwiches, snacks, and drinks.
When it comes to dining, you’re in for a treat! There are plenty of excellent traditional and seafood restaurants in the area. We are conveniently located just down the beach from the world-famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.
The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo – it truly was the best vacation we’ve ever had! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, nestled between the bustling tourist areas yet still peaceful and serene. We were able to walk to so many great restaurants and local amenities, making everything super convenient. The condo itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. From the beautiful view to the spacious and comfortable interior, it exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with everything you need within arm's reach.

This is a wonderful condo. It is very clean and comfortable. The furnishings exceeded our expectations. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and more. This is one of the best condos we have rented.

Fun in the Sun at Long Beach

The condo was as advertised. Our group of 6 ladies and 1 toddler had plenty of room and the 3 full baths were awesome. The location and views were spectacular. We had a bit of trouble with the A/C resetting to a higher temp but Farah with the property management team was quick to respond and send someone to check it. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this condo.

The listing is very accurate. Perfect for our family of all young adults. Beautiful decor, beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication with the agent was excellent. We have stayed in PCB for the last 15 years, and this is our favorite condo.

We absolutely loved this place. Being on the 14th floor, you could watch the marine life in the ocean. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom, which was sooo nice. Would definitely stay again.

I Just Adore A Penthouse View!

Care of ownership is evident in this condo. From the calming color of the walls to the comfy sofa and recliner to the updated bathrooms with nice, thick towels (not thin white ones like you get at so many condos) and the well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Perfect for laying in and falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside. Speaking of waves, the deck table was perfect for lunch outside and the other two chairs were comfy for reading a book or just looking at the water. It's nice and quiet being on the top floor. The rental agency is easy to work with and super nice. Book it! You won't regret it.

Perfect vacation spot

Clean and comfortable. The condo was spacious and very clean. Perfect location to restaurants and beautiful views. Pools were heated and clean. Only complaint is only 1 elevator worked in the building.

This condo was very nice, had a great location, and beautiful view of the ocean. We had an issue with the air conditioner but someone came immediately and got it going again. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay and the room with the king/double bed was perfect for the teen girls! Kitchen was well stocked and the patio was great! All the bedrooms were just perfect! It was a great weekend and we would stay again!

Amazing views

This place was great! Was perfect for my little family. Loved that every room had a view, balcony access, and bathrooms. Only thing is that the pool was ice cold, colder than the ocean and the hot tub boiling hot. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather during our stay, so would have been nice if there was an indoor pool or a heated one. Overall, the place itself was amazing and we would definitely love to come back and stay a little longer next time. The only suggestions I'd have for improvement would be to have a broom and dust pan on hand and to have hand soap for the bathrooms. Very minor things that aren't a big deal. Thank you so much, my family and I will cherish our time spent here for years to come. 😊

Highly recommend this property

Communication before our stay was excellent. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Security is on cite 24 hours. All the pools are clean and easy to get to. Beach was beautiful and the included loungers were accommodating. Groceries are 2 blocks away. Food options are within walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked. Balcony views were epic.

Beach Paradise

Check in was so easy, condo was ready on time. Although it is a beautiful unit, it was smaller than pictures indicated. Overall it was very clean. We had issue with dirty oven and stove but when told manager, she offered to have cleaners come next day to clean appropriately. It was not necessary since I had no plans to cook. A few more issues, recliner was broken, mold in caulking in shower. I would certainly rent again , I’m sure issues will be resolved . Beautiful condo
