Welcome to Casa Sur: A Colonial Style House / Retreat Center featuring an outdoor Zen Area, in and outdoor lounges, front and back yards, the Tree of Life, Courtyard, a private farming and tree areas, playground and outdoor bedding.


Casa Sur is a unique property for its capacity to fit 14 people (plus a futon and twin bed for additional 3 guests). The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, living room, dinning room, huge kitchen, courtyard & beer garden, ping pong area, yoga and meditation area, outdoor area with patio furniture & gas fire pit. The driveway fits 4 cars and there is plenty parking on the streets.

Casa Sur is a hybrid of country and urban house & retreat center, and a magical space that can also host intimate gatherings. and small events. Casa Sur visitors have shared that there is an air of peace, serenity, intimacy, expansion, and joy at the property.

We are located 12 miles from the Airport -18’ drive, 10' drive to downtown San Diego, Imperial Beach, Otay Olympic Center & the US/Mexico, 20’ to the beaches, and 30' to La Jolla Shore & Cove.

HOUSE RULES AND CONSIDERATIONS
1) I want you to know that the property is my primary residency, so I have put a lot of love, care and attention to detail to the house, the furniture, the plants and flowers, and the turf outside. So I want to make sure that you, and your guest respect my home and honor the rules.

2. Be aware of the fact that there is not outdoor music and loud conversation allowed after 10pm. This is the agreement that I have with my neighbors.
3. When this is not honor they call me or call the police to let me/them know that you are not following the city rules and the police will come so do I to talk to you.

3. Once you tell me the number of outside guests coming to the house, I will be able to give you an exact fee.

4) This fee helps me to cover the extra services and utilities such as extra water, electricity, gas, toilet paper, cleaning, garbage, tables, chairs and the property management.

5) I value assertive communication, honesty and transparency with my guest, specially related to the number of people staying at the house and those coming to attend any gatherings happening in the house. I have security cameras that show me who come in and out of the property. So I would appreciate you disclose the exact number of people staying and attending a possible gathering .
