Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom home is very stylish, with a coastal cottage vibe throughout. The property features an open living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to provide all you need for a relaxing summer vacation with the whole family. This house comes with access to a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and playground only a few minutes walk away

The Carolina room has a LED television mounted in the corner, perfect for viewing from the sofa, which is a sleeper sofa and can be accessed from the living area and from the queen bedroom. The twin room and queen room share a bathroom. Soak in the skylight, which can also be accessed from the living area. The primary suite is on one side of the house, with a private bath and easy access to the laundry. The twin room and queen room are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom.

Outside, there is a large deck with a split level and plenty of privacy.

A beautiful brand new saltwater heated plunge pool and a spacious back deck are on the way, with installation starting in October 2025 and expected to be complete January 2026. Renderings have been added so you can get a glimpse of the amazing outdoor oasis coming soon!

Best location and house !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We will absolutely come back and stay in this exact house next year!!!

The place was in good repair and well kept, we enjoyed the Sea Pines area, and when we did have a couple of issues with the property (a low branch in the driveway and the AC quit working) repairs were done quickly and conveniently. Good communication from the management company throughout.

It was very nice house in a great location. The only complaint that I have is a realtor showed up that wanted to see the house. Apparently the house is for sale.

Peaceful

This was our 4th time renting in this neighborhood and 2nd time in this exact house. We biked everywhere in Sea Pines (beach, tennis, Harbour Town) and the included equipment rental was seamless. We love the layout of this house for our family of 4.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The only issue we had was with a severely clogged shower drain, but the property management company was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We highly recommend this house!

We had family come visit and the permit department came by twice and told us we couldn’t park anywhere on the street. We had 2 large trucks and they barely fit in the driveway with its T setup.

Close access to everything by car or bike (we biked to the beach club most days). House is equipped with everything you could ask for. House was in great shape, everything worked wonderfully (all appliances appear to be new). Clearly home owners take a lot of price in their house and they should. Neighborhood is very woodsy, but we did not see one bug in the house. Absolutely a 5 Star stay!!!

Our party has come here every year for many years and this house is definitely at the top of the places we’ve stayed. The layout was perfect for us (two families, each with young children) and dog. Loved that the kitchen overlooks the living space, and the deck with fire pit table was great too! House was clean and had starter kits which was helpful so we could get things at the store. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place in Sea Pines!

Took the family (two kids 9 and 6) for a summer trip to HH. I've stayed in several places in Hilton Head (including parents condo in Sea Pines) and this was by far the nicest. Everything has been redone in this home, including the bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, etc. A great quiet location in a residential neighborhood that's a short drive or bike ride to most everything. The house was very well stocked with dishwasher pods, clothes washing pods, etc. Community pool is a short bike ride away. Family and I had a great vacation and really enjoyed this home. Thank you!

Sea Pines home

Our stay was AMAZING! We will definetly be back. I was worried about the size of the home thinking it would not be big enough for the 6 of us adults. It was just enough. The lay out of the home allowed everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and evening get togethers. Coming from VA it was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, and towels for us to use. One less thing to have to pack. The neighborhood had lots to do. We did not get to everything so we will be back. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
