The property matched the listing and the host was very responsive when I asked questions prior to visiting the property. The house was clean and the owner even left out some wood to be used in the outdoor fire pit. The only complaint would be that the grass needed a cut and the Keurig in the kitchen leaked when we attempted to use it.We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the house and the area.

With the spring season, it tends to grow very quickly, sometimes faster than expected between cuts. We appreciate you pointing it out, as it helps us stay on top of it even more closely. This was by far the best cabin rental we have had. The cabin is so clean, everything our family needed to feel like we were home away from home. The lights around the cabin on auto was very nice. The tubs/showers clean. Towels smelled fresh. The communication from owners were pleasant and welcoming. The hot tub was clean and smelled good which is something we have not had good experiences with at previous properties but not this one. One thing I really liked was the simplicity to rent here, so many owners or big corporations who buy these type properties then have you sign so many “forms” and it changed the point of what these type services began as so it was nice to see just a short welcome message and a short check out message and that’s it. We will continue to visit this property in the future. Also I would like to mention the location was perfect, enough away from the main parkway strip to feel in the mountains but close enough to all the shows and activities. The drive is very simple no steep roads or driveways to deal with and a wonderful quiet neighborhood.

The cabin was nice. The problem I have is that during our stay the cabin was entered by either the owner or a worker without our knowledge. I understand this is the owners home but at least there could have some communication that a worker or somebody would be entering the house. We have rented several Vrbo and always the owner contacted us if someone needed to enter. I will never rent or encourage someone to stay in this owners home.

Gui was a great host. We had a minor issue with the AC/heat and he took care of it promptly. The cabin was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was also an excellent central location to all the attractions we had experienced. (Dollywood, National park, pigeon forge, & Gatlinburg). We were 6 adults and a dog all slept very comfortably.

Didn’t use hot tub. It was pet friendly. Inside of cabin was great, but the outside was a disaster. The grass was taller than the firewood and fire pit, shrubs need to be trimmed, swing set not stable. The pictures of the outside are very misleading. No place to store underwear, not enough hangers for clothes.

Regarding the outside, springtime in the Smoky Mountains brings very fast grass growth, and the lawn was cut just prior to your arrival. That said, we understand how quickly it can change and will be addressing it more frequently moving forward. We will also take a closer look at the shrubs and the swing set to ensure everything is well-maintained and safe. We appreciate your note about storage as well, and we’ll be adding additional hangers and looking into more options for clothing storage to improve the guest experience. When I’m not managing the cabin, I’m a professional photographer and videographer with over 20 years of experience—I love capturing life’s special moments and the beauty of nature.

In addition to photography, I’m passionate about exploring the great outdoors, astronomy, and even dabbling in unique hobbies like growing gourmet mushrooms! I also love spending time with my family and working on creative projects with my wife, who’s an artist.

What I love most about the area around the cabin is the perfect balance between natural beauty and exciting attractions. Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, it offers breathtaking views, peaceful trails, and the soothing sound of nature all around. I enjoy the serenity of being surrounded by towering trees and misty mountain mornings, which make for some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets I’ve ever seen.

At the same time, the cabin is just a short drive from the vibrant towns of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Whether it’s exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, enjoying the charm of local shops, or experiencing the fun and energy of Dollywood, there’s always something to do nearby.

For me, it’s the best of both worlds—peaceful mountain living and access to incredible experiences. It’s a place where you can reconnect with nature, create lifelong memories, and truly relax. I hope my guests feel the same way when they stay here!

It’s spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The open floor plan and large windows let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy beautiful views from inside.

Another feature that sets the cabin apart is the sense of privacy and tranquility it provides. You’re surrounded by nature, with plenty of outdoor space to relax, but you’re never far from adventure. Whether you want to hike, shop, or experience the vibrant local culture, it’s all just a short drive away.
