This 3 BD, 2 BA home sits on 2.25 acres! Enjoy a quiet retreat or local attractions. We have great restaurants, downtown shopping, beaches, wineries, farmers markets, wedding venues and much more! Great location between St. Joe and South Haven. Numerous beaches to visit although parking at the beaches was chaotic. Loved all the amenities and cleanliness this property had to offer.

We loved this place! Had plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. So close to several beaches, including Silver Beach, and they had great recommendations for us posted in the house so we discovered a new beach we had never been to before. Lots of seating inside and the kids loved all the games and foosball table!

Lake Michigan vacation

Property well maintained, clean and accessible to different beach sites. The balcony was used every day. The grill in the backyard worked great A very nice place to stay for comfort and pleasure

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was so cute and had everything we needed from beach toys to spices in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach!

Home was cute and clean. It was very close to Silver Beach and Rocky Gap. We also drove to check out Saugatuck Dunes, 40 minute away. We would definitely recommend to stay!

Family Time

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beaches we wanted to go to and the amount of living space worked well for us. Our grand children liked playing in the back yard.

Great Multi Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay as three young families all sharing the same house. The set up was great! We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our kids to run around and play in. We would certainly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Fourth of July getaway

My family of four had an amazing holiday and enjoyed plenty of hiking and hanging out the numerous beaches. The house was both modern and cozy and was stocked with plenty of board-games and a fire pit. A wonderful escape.

Had a great comfortable stay. Property had everything we needed. Responses from owner were prompt and helpful. She even allowed relatives staying at a hotel to visit and park on the property.

Great property, minutes away from the beach

This property is very well kept and stocked. Highly recommend it for families. Plenty of games for the kids, good size bedrooms, a fire pit and much more! We will definitely be coming back.

Awesome little rental close to Silver Beach!

Easy to get to, very clean, and well maintained! Some of my favorite things about the house were: the sunroom/game room with plenty of puzzles and games, the large upgraded kitchen with plenty of seating, king beds, beach chairs and fire pit! Thank you, we loved it!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was well maintained and clean. The “extras” (pack and play, beach chairs, wagon, s’mores, games, toys, etc) provided were also so nice! Julie was extremely responsive as well. Overall, it was great!

Comfortable Home!

My husband and my daughter and her family all enjoyed this lovely home. It is well stocked with amenities to make our stay even more comfortable. One minor issue was quickly resolved and the owner was extremely helpful! The location is minutes from the beach and downtown St Joseph.

Excellent house within easy driving distance of beaches and restaurants.

Nice 3 bedroom house about 10 minutes from multiple beach options and good restaurants in a town that is easy to get around in. Communication with host was excellent and checkin/checkout very easy. Made for a very relaxing vacation. Full kitchen if you wanted to make some food yourself. There was also a very nice fenced in backyard with areas for a campfire, blackberry bushes, and a little trail through the woods which our kids loved. There were several good areas to play board games and card games after we got back in the evening.

North Shore Stay

In some areas (Kitchen-refrigerator, etc.), the property was not clean. Were not provided bar soap, paper towels, or napkins. Overall, though, a good property to stay at.

Thank you! My cleaning team had a mix up of days of arrival. I called Douglas immediately and asked him if I can get him anything and if I can come in to put the last few things away. The property was completely cleaned by our cleaning team, they just needed some supplies added. asked him what was needed and if I can come in to the property to review and he said they were fine. I did drop off napkins, paper towel, a bottle of wine and extra toilet paper. They were be dry clean guests and I would recommend renting to them again. ❤️ Julie

Great spot for a big family

Clean and updated property. Good host. Driveway offered easy parking. Beds very comfortable. Upper balcony fun. Convenient to St. Joe. Wifi and TVs worked great. Kitchen fully stocked. Bathrooms clean, roomy. Older property but had character. Cool game room. Reasonably priced. Only minor cons. Needs more mirrors & trash cans. Road noise can be heard. Critter was in vent. Old doors didn't fully close.

Family Vaca

We all really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the space and it was so nice having a front room full of toys and games for them! So many items were thoughtfully considered and provided during our stay throughout the entire house. Some items provided were beach towels, beach chairs, ice packs, a cooler, and sand toys for the beach. Both bathrooms provided shower hair products, blow dryer, and feminine products. Next time we visit I can definitely pack half as much for our stay because of how much they provided. The drive to silver beach was only 8min. The hosts were very responsive amd friendly to any needs we may have had. We look forward to booking our next vacation to St. Joe at this location!

Incredible Location!

First off, Julie was incredible to work with. We had originally booked this property with another owner who sold to Julie two months before out stay. Julie instantly reached out and honored the previous price and dates. From there, she communicated quickly and efficiently about our upcoming stay. The house was perfect - the inside is remodeled so nicely! We traveled with our two year old and I always bring my own toys, but toys were provided and my son loved them all! The beds were comfortable and everything was so cleaned! On top of how great the home itself was, the location was perfect! We were 4 minutes from a public beach/play ground and six minutes from downtown St Joesph. Thank you for opening your home to us Julie! We appreciate the stay!!
