Stow your bags in one of the two comfortable bedrooms, grab a frosty beverage & step out onto your balcony to start enjoying it immediately. The view from inside is almost as good, thanks to a triple set of French doors. Once youā€™ve had your fill, slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to check out the complex amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub - or head straight for a lounge chair on that gorgeous Gulf Coast beach.

When youā€™re ready for a break from the sand, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning. The open-plan living space includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a dining area & a living room with comfy couches, perfect for an evening at home. Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable & three TVs, so no problem if you canā€™t agree on what to watch. But with so much to do just a short walk or drive away, donā€™t call it a night just yet ā€“ head to celebrate your good luck at booking the perfect Destin escape.

BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean and cute condo. Nice pools, you can be on the beach with toes in the water in 3 mins. Nice balcony with great view. Would stay here again.

Great location and view of the pool and beach! The only thing that wouldā€™ve been better is early check in or late check out options due to arrival times. We had to go buy beach chairs because they werenā€™t supplied but it was cheaper than renting chairs from the beach property.

The balcony furniture and view of Gulf was our favorite part of this unit. It was nice that the unit had plenty of bath towels and wash clothes. They also give a few dishwasher packs and laundry packs. The unit has old furniture and seems to have stains on ceiling that were painted over from water damage. There were minimal bedding covers and no extra blankets. Overall unit could use a refresh. The grounds were nice and pools were nice also. We enjoyed pickleball court and gym.

Steps to the beach!

The location was great! We were just steps from the sand and the pools were very close as well. We enjoyed being able to get some adult drinks in the bar area located by the beach and pools. The condo was pretty nice and we loved all the art! We loved sitting out on the balcony (my son especially) and enjoyed the ocean in the background šŸ˜€

Amazing views - Amazing beach

The view from the room is breathtaking! If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the spot for you. You can be out of your condo and your toes in the white sand in less than 2 minutes! The place is clean and nicely furnished. Sitting on the balcony was my favorite! Also has great pools!

The resort is awesome! Great location, perfect views.

We werenā€™t thrilled with the cleanliness. Nothing that would prevent us from staying at this particular unit again but definately could use some upgrades and deep cleaning. Views of the gulf were amazing!!!!

Very nice!

We enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. And It had everything we needed. The balcony is very large with a great view. The only two things I can pick it for is the furniture in the living area needs a deep cleaning and the beds are a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again.

Overall room was nice, great view. Beds were a bit too firm to my liking, but that is each their own. When we arrived the toilet was overflowing, but maintenance came to fix immediately which was appreciated. We were there for 8 days, so we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent within 3 days. Suggest a stock to be available for longer term guests. Great visit overall!

Very nice condo, suited for our needs

This unit was nice, enjoyable, and very clean! Great view as well. The only things Iā€™d mention- there needs to be an oven mitt available to use, and the spare bedroom gets pretty hot at night (there is a fan in there that makes it bearable though!) The rules at the unit were a bit much.. if you donā€™t pay $50 a day for beach chairs, they try to force you to stay in the very back, behind like 5 rows of chairs. If you go up to the waters edge, they want your chair ā€œtouchingā€ the water and they donā€™t let you have any bags with you? So youā€™re risking people stealing your things while you play with your kids in the water.
