While we’re happy to hear you found the unit comfortable and well equipped—and that our team was quick to respond when needed—we’re also very sorry that several aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We've taken your feedback seriously and want to share a few important updates that future guests will benefit from: All lounge chairs have since been upgraded to high-end wooden loungers with cushions, enhancing the comfort and durability of the common area seating. The HOA has implemented new policies and no longer permits organized religious meetings in the shared spaces, ensuring a more inclusive and relaxed atmosphere for all guests. The property now includes a detailed Welcome Guide inside the unit to help with orientation, house rules, and local tips. Check-in instructions and directions have also been updated and clarified, making arrival much smoother. We deeply value transparency, and your input helped us make tangible improvements that are already creating a better experience for guests staying after you. While we regret that your stay didn’t meet all your expectations, we hope these changes demonstrate our commitment to continually improving and providing a welcoming environment for every guest.
