Imagine yourself relaxing on your expansive, mosaic marbled terrace, mesmerized by the stunning sky of today's unique sunset, gently sloping tropical mountains, and forever magnificent, blue Pacific Ocean. You could save 25% on last minute reservations.

You could be watching the Pelicans and Cormorants fishing for dinner from your terrace.

You could be cooling off at sunset, watching the daily unique sunset, taking a few steps to your private bar, adjoining your fully equipped kitchen to retrieve your favorite libation.

We created this ultra deluxe suite with your dreams at heart, and then added a few more extra touches. Maid service 3 times per week, except Sunday. An on site concierge to help you with any and all requests.

Walk only minutes from your condo to gently rolling surf and white sand beach, the areas finest hotels, and restaurants, night clubs, (live music). Take a romantic stroll or taxi to explore the original authentic Mexican Fishing Village. Meet the friendly locals. Purchase locally made handicrafts for yourself or friends back home.

You can stock your kitchen and bar in the colorful Mercado (market where locals shop) or at the one of the two modern super markets.

Casa Que Ve al Mar (our condominium site), located in Zihuatanejo, is midway up a gentle slope. Designed and built by Enrique Zozaya, the complex features 2 outdoor infinity swimming pools, lush landscaping, fabulous views over Zihua Bay, exercise room, reserved parking and 24 hour security. Tranquil, naturally beautiful, and convenient.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - two with king size beds and one with twin beds. Each suite can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests and is priced accordingly.

Great Unit in a great complex!

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was great. We have stayed in Zihua a few times, and we both believe that this unit was the best one we stayed at. I am looking forward to our next trip back!

Slice of heaven

The view and pools were spectacular. It was truly amazing. The distance to the beach was perfect and the walk helped us burn the needed calories to fully enjoy all the great restaurants and ritas!!

Great Place

Gorgeous stay

Beautiful property. Great location. Everything was sincerely wonderful. The only piece we weren't prepared for was the kitchen being outdoors; we were there during some warm days. But once we got a little acclimated, it was all good.

Great place to stay!

This is a great unit to stay in. Beautifully decorated, great sheets and fluffy towels. Entry to the unit is about 3 steps away from one of the swimming pools. Larry and Linda are great people to rent from. You can't go wrong with this unit.

A 5 STAR VACATION HOME

This is the second time that we have stayed in this unit. It is a very comfortable, relaxing, and extremely well put together home away from home. The view is outstanding, and setting there in the morning so relaxing and quite. Security is top notch, and getting around the area is a breeze. Recommend to anyone staying at one couple or taking two.

Perfect location and communication

We loved being situated between Zihua and playa las gatas and able to walk to each with 2 kids (6/8). The pool outside the door had a perfect shade spot to loungy after walking back from the beach each day. The beach directly down the hill was perfect fun-wave size for the whole family. The owners are fabulous. Great communication. Can't wait to return! No other place I'd choose to stay!

Extraordinary rental

My family and I loved this place! The unit was top notch and the decor was very professional, felt like it was a show house. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s with my kids competing all over. This ranks as number #1 of my stays. Location is good with public beach very close and good restaurants walking distance. Loved it so much looking at other units in same complex to buy

Wonderful as always

Covid shut us down for a few years but we are back. It was wonderful as always and we love the unit and love zihua. We hope to be guests again soon. Thx very much for sharing.!!!

What A Special Place!

We just spent the most amazing 7 nights at Linda and Larry's incredible condo at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a terrific maid and property manager who ensure a relaxed and positive experience. With the front door opening directly out to the pool area, this felt like the absolutely best condo in the complex. Did I mention the incredible view?

Exceptional!

This was my first time. Me and two of my girlfriends stayed on a girls getaway. One of my girlfriends this was her second stay and my other girlfriend this was her fifth time to stay in this condo! By far the best location in this complex. I highly recommend it and we plan on coming back!

Perfect Accomodations

This unit is perfectly situated right off the pool deck with the most intoxicating view. We spent one week in this quiet, well kept condo. Great decor, clean, tons of room. The cleaning lady was sweet as can be. Larry was a pleasure to deal with and things couldn't have gone smoother. We'll be back;)

Just Wow!

I cannot express how restful and just plain amazing your property was! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of Zihuatanejo Bay was stunning....we loved watching the sunset several evenings. We cannot imagine a better location or condo to rent in Zihua, we can't wait to return. Thank you for the good communication and for arranging our Covid tests prior to flying back to the US. Our stay was just what we needed.

Superb vacation condo in Zwat

This was our second stay in this wonderful condo unit. It is the best unit in the complex just steps to two infinity pools and with great views from the patio kitchen/dining area as well as the pools. The two bedroom two bath unit is air-conditioned and very clean and comfortable. The Staff at reception and all the support staff were very friendly and helpful. They are readily available and always eager to help. Highly recommend this as a fun property, a great stay and a convenient location to all area amenities and restaurants.

La Casa Que Ve Al Mar - unit 201

Bar none the best unit in the building! Only a few steps to the pool on the main level it is so handy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The most spectacular views imaginable! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The only drawback is the steep climb back up the driveway in the heat but cabs are plentiful and super cheap. 50-60 peso anywhere in town.👍🏼

Absolutely Outstanding!

With this being our first trip to Zihau, we were not sure what to expect. Larry and Linda's unit proved to be a home run - incredible views, stunning pool, best located unit in the building and just an overall WOW! We have travelled a lot and this unit exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this for any family or couples. Everything you can think of is in the unit and the town offers nothing but the best in people, culture and food. We cannot wait to return and will absolutely book with Larry and Linda again. Larry - thank you again for the tips with restaurants - thoroughly enjoyed your suggestions!

More than expected

After primarily staying at hotels over the years, this was the first time we rented a condo and could not have asked for more. The location, view and grounds were perfect for our family of 4 with two small children, not to forget having on site washer/dryer. Carmen, the maid, was so sweet and did a wonderful job picking up after us. All of our questions were quickly answered by the owners and any needs that arose were quickly taking care of by the on site staff. The children enjoyed practicing their Spanish with the gardeners, gate keepers, and other staff that were around constantly keeping the area perfectly manicured. We are already planning a return visit.

THE BEST !

Wow another great vacation!! This last trip was our 5th stay at Casa Que, and it was our first stay in Larry's condo. The unit was fantastic, the views great, well maintained, and steps (and I mean steps-maybe 4) to one two great infinity pools. A short walk to the beach, where you'll find an assortment of restaurant options, and a mile of beach perfect for an early morning walk and swimming. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained the flowers beyond description. Larry, the owner was great to work with and responsive to our needs. So if your tired of the big all inclusive resorts where your hard pressed to feel like your in Mexico, then this is the place for you. Two big thumbs up to Larry's property. Thanks for another great vacation.

Great stay

We had the privilege of staying at Larry's place for 7 nights last week. My husband, our 5 year old son, and myself had a great stay. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. And plenty of space for more people if needed. The staff at the complex are extremely helpful and we felt very safe. We had a great veiw of a few lighting and thunder storms over the bay at night. We were in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and activities. We spent alot of time in the two infinity pools. Larry went above and beyond with a list of restaurants and even helped with some activities. We are hopeful to stay again next year. Thank you for very thing!

Beautifully appointed and decorated.

We have stayed at CVM for years. Love the location and the people we have met here. First time at this particular condo. Loved it! Beautifully decorated. Great outdoor kitchen. Cooked more than I usually do in MX. Even threw a small dinner party. Great view. Felt like the small pool was our private pool. Dulce took good care of things for us. Owners are very conscientious about making sure their renters are happy. Looked this condo up on VRBO just now. Looks like VRBO quoted prices and what we paid are quite different!

Best View Ever!

We have vacationed in ZY for the past 14 years, we always stay at least 10 days. This was our 5 or 6th time to stay at Casa Que Ve Al Mar, but our first time in this particular condo. We hope this condo is available on all of our future trips. By far the best views, great housekeeping, close to the pool (which was excellent for my kids), peferct for dinners in the common area. All around excellent and the owners are a true pleasure to work with. We were supposed to arrive a day earlier, but due to flight cancellations and weather trouble, we arrive a day late. Larry was nice enough to offer us one night extended stay - unfortunately it didnt work out for our flight home, but we were thrilled that Larry offered.

I am native of buffalo new york and graduate of Columbia University NYC. My wife is from Mexico city and we met in Zihuatanejo where we immediately fell in love with this romantic city. I first came to Zih on a fishing trip in 1993 and immediately fell in love with this beautiful town. Since then we have been coming here 3 to 4 times a year and have never found a more beautiful and relaxing place. Once you are here relaxing on our beautiful deck watching the sunset you will experience the charm and ambience that zih has to offer.

It's the best location in Zihuatanejo. We are near to the beach, The Tides, Casa que Canta, Interwest resort, and restaurants. The area is safe, and the views magnificent.

We are close to the beach, a few blocks walk, 7 minutes..... We have two beautiful swimming pools. We have an oven, 4 a/c units, daily maid service........ You may have a real Mexican meal served in your condo.
we have a free phone service to call back home to loved ones and friends.
