Beachfront Condo-The Palms at Seagrove A13

Totally Renovated luxury in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. The Palms A13 features upscale finishes like beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets and new flooring throughout the entire condominium. In addition to a major remodeling of the kitchen, the bathrooms were also updated.

The condominium features one bedroom with a new king size bed, with an adjoining bathroom. There are brand new linens and towels throughout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a sofa-bed in the living room with an upgraded mattress and two bunks in the hallway. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway as well.

Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail on the balcony while watching the beautiful emerald waters. If you are lucky, the dolphins will treat you to a mid-morning show in the gulf. This unit is on the third floor, which maximizes your view of the sugar white sand and beautiful gulf water.

The Palms has a private and gated beach access for the guests. Seaside is just a short bike ride away for shopping, dining, and free seasonal outdoor concerts and movies. Scenic Highway 30A offers a 27 mile bike path allowing you to explore the various communities along 30A including Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

This place was very clean, plenty of all the essentials you need. The owner contacted me personally when I booked, prior to arriving and while I was the he checked to see if I needed anything. Great view of the ocean with easy access. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay at the Palms, the view from the third floor is great - earned well with traveling up and down the steps. The place is clean and mostly quiet. Some construction going on the lot next door started kind of early each morning. If I were to stay here again Iā€™d bring a few more necessities for the kitchen like dish soap and paper towels which were not provided. All instructions were clear and it was easy to access the apartment, beach and pool.

Great condo

Enjoyed this condo on the 3rd floor - loved the firm bed & comfortable couches, & appreciated the smart tv (which is bigger than picture looks). The view is fantastic! Good balcony to have morning tea or coffee. Easy to arrange for beach chairs and umbrella - attendant is always right at the bottom of the stairs to the beach. Also appreciated 2nd bathroom and plenty of towels. Hope to stay here again!

Another Great Stay at The Palms

We have been staying at The Palms for years now and have rented many units there. This was our first time in A13 and on the top floor, and let me tell you--the view is stunning! The stairs are brutal, but worth it once you get there. The kitchen and living room are mostly updated and equipped with everything we needed for the trip. The bed is more firm than we are used to, but we quickly adjusted and slept well. The washer and dryer were more efficient than in most rental units, so that was a plus when I realized all of the fresh towels and linens smelled like smoke. The condo was mostly clean, but the bathrooms needed work for us to feel comfortable settling in. I relayed this info to the owner, realizing these rentals are often in the hands of housekeeping services and owners don't know if you don't tell them. Aside from housekeeping, my only other issue was a delay in getting check-in info. I had to contact VRBO to get in, which has never happened to us before. They connected me with the owner and he was very nice and apologetic.

Fun week!

Very fun week and great accommodations. Comfortable bed and nice to have two bathrooms. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. Only drawback was the condo being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Clean and comfortable

Clean with a nice view and spacious non busy beach. We loved our stay. Be aware this condo is on the third floor with only stairs to access it. We didnā€™t mind though. Bring your own paper towels and shampoo and any cooking ingredients. There is plenty of cookware.

Great beach getaway

It is an older property but the unit was clean and the landscape is well maintained, palm trees give it a good vibe. Nice beach, white sand. Short bicycle ride to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Definitely would recommend.

Getaway of Perfection

This unit is an ideal one for anyone who wants either a quick getaway or to stay for weeks. The accommodations are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from this 3rd floor unit is awesomely beautiful. I have personally stayed in this unit 5 times over the last several years and look forward to staying there, in the future. This place is all anyone needs and the rates are very affordable. The owner communicates back to you, very quickly, if you have any questions or requests. Enjoy your stay! I know I always have.
