This unit is located on the 12 floor, with direct gulf views. The balcony has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking! Watch the sunrise, enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private balcony. The pool has a swim-through indoor pool and is heated October-April! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You can choose to dine in or out at one of the nearby local restaurants. Inside the condo you will find a dining table and more seating at the kitchen bar.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
