In the center of Hilton Head Island lies this charming one-bedroom villa. Nestled in the Mid Island neighborhood, this charming property offers the perfect escape for your next vacation.

Imagine starting your day with a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. As you step outside, the short walk to Folly Field Beach Park beckons you to explore the stunning coastal scenery. For a change of pace, hop in the car for an 11-minute drive to the renowned Coligny Beach or a 4-minute drive to the renowned Port Royal Golf Club.

Back at the villa, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step out onto the porch to savor the fresh island air. Private enclosed front patio.

Unwind in the evenings with your favorite shows on the smart TV, and take advantage of the free WiFi to stay connected. When it's time to retire, you'll appreciate the comfort of the bathroom, complete with towels and basic soaps, as well as the air conditioning and heating to ensure your perfect temperature.

With the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, you can pack light and enjoy a stress-free stay. This villa truly has everything you need for an unforgettable Hilton Head Island getaway.

We had a wonderful time and loved this unit. It was lovely and had everything we needed. We always travel with our pups and appreciate pet friendly units. Host was exceptional and great with communication checking in on us during our stay. We are already planning another trip back. Thanks!

Villa was excellent for our family. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were extremely soft (which was perfect for me). The community pool was just steps from the back door and the beach within a short walking distance. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. Overall it is a great place to stay!!

This was our second time staying here, & it’s always so nice & clean. It’s all on one level, & close to the beach & swimming pool. Pamela, the host is wonderful. She has all the things you might need for cooking & lovely decorated.

Everything was simply perfect about this property! Great location, easy access to the beach, and a great host! Everything was spotless when we arrived and we had a smooth check in and check out process. The beach closet is amazing as well it has everything you need for a day on the beach. You won’t find a better spot on the island!

This rental was such a peaceful, easy stay for my wife and I! We absolutely loved the easy 8-min walk to Folly Field Beach -- the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and the beach there was not too crowded. Pamela was an incredibly hospitable and communicative host, and she maintains a beautiful property with a well-organized and equipped kitchen. She also has a very accommodating beach supply closet -- we really only took advantage of one of the beach wagons (HIGHLY recommend using, it was great quality). But she had everything there you could ever need for a beach getaway! We would definitely rent again in the future!

The apartment is very nice with all we needed for a very enjoyable vacation. It is clean, well organized and the convenience to the beach is fantastic. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the Stanley Cup Eastern Division finals, even though the Canadiens lost:(. Certainly five stars.

I had a wonderful stay! This condo truly had everything I needed for a relaxing Hilton Head vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, convenient to everything, and the easy parking was a huge plus.The condo itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed, and having a washer and dryer right in the condo was incredibly convenient.I especially loved the pool area because it offered the best of both worlds—plenty of sunshine when I wanted it and nice shaded areas when I needed a break from the heat.The host was wonderful—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience even better.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and made my Hilton Head vacation easy, comfortable, and memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent location. About 10 minute walk until your toes hit the beach sand. Clean, relaxed atmosphere, lots of food and golf options nearby. Very pet friendly. Pamela was thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head.

Fabulous place to stay close to the beach!! Host is excellent at communicating. Condo is dog friendly and has everything you need. You feel right at home from the second you walk in. Aside from the excellent location, you have everything you need and it’s immaculate. You won’t be disappointed renting this place!!

This condo had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and very cozy. Pamela is a great host and touched base with me a few times during our stay. The walk to the beach was very short, maybe 4-5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay I. Hilton Head.

The villa was perfect for a couple. Everything was as described. Unit was neat, clean and well stocked. The entire area was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. Our host communicated well and was readily available for any questions. We had a wonderful time!

Pamela’s condo was fantastic. It checked all the boxes we look for in a vacation home. The condo was super stocked, and the welcome book was super helpful. You can tell that the owners truly want you to have great time. The unit is super clean and well maintained. The condo is close to everything yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.Pamela was extremely responsive to any question. Our only complaint is 2 weeks was no enough.

Great Stay

Comfortable stay, lots of amenities, a quick walk to the beach, and excellent communication from the host. Will definitely book again when we’re in the area, 10/10 would recommend.

We chose Stones Throw because its location can’t be beat. It’s tucked away from the noise and traffic yet a super easy walk to the beautiful new boardwalk and Folly Field Beach. We love that it’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is literally just minutes from anything we need would need. 5 minutes to Publix, Walmart, tons of restaurants and so so much more. It’s the hidden gem on HHI. 🏖️

NO STAIRS!! One of the special features about this villa is that you have both a covered back patio to relax and an enclosed front patio to relax, park your bike, let your doggie friend bath in the sun and so much more.
