Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect, offering convenient access to great nearby restaurants and gorgeous spots like Anini and Hanalei Beach. The accommodations provided were relaxing, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. It was the perfect family getaway, and our kiddos especially loved the board games. Highly recommend!

We would plan our next trip entirely around when this home is available; that's how much we loved it.

Everything was 10/10, we greatly appreciate the accommodations and communication with the host. The space was very clean and felt like home. It did get a little warm in the afternoon but we would open all windows and screen doors and that helped a lot. We would stay again.

The property was perfectly designed. The layout was great and I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Our kids really enjoyed it. The lanai was the best!

The accommodations were immaculate. Another bonus was location. Very close to shopping, 15 minute hike down to the beach and close to lots of other beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed overall, we would come here again in a heartbeat

Beautiful home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property layout is beautiful with all the basic amenities one would need to get settled. Enough room for everyone to have their “me” time.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY - GREAT LOCATION

We loved our stay in this beautiful property. There were 5 of us - 3 adults, 1 teenager, and a preteen. Close to the beach and shopping. The listing was exactly as represented.

Our condo was excellent

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice as well. Love the island, there was lots to do but it did rain a LOT while we were there. The condo complex was great but the weather was not, unfortunately.

Stylish apartment

Apartment was very nice decorated and had a fully equiped kitchen. Lush Garden, easy parking.The building itself and the outdoors show signs of the humidity and age of the building. Close to the shops and walking distance (steep dirt road) to a beautiful beach (also acceslible by car).

Great place to stay! Clean, modern, great location close by the local foodland. My only comment is that you need to be good at parking booking here. Like a lot of other places on the island, it only takes one bad park job to ruin the lot! Spaces are tight.Host has all the beach stuff you will need, towels, snorkel items. I saw a previous review saying they didn’t and I wanted to clear the reviews up. You don’t need to bring a thing to stay comfortably here!Having laundry on site totally saved us, host even provided some detergent which was unexpected and really nice. Overall would absolutely book this location again!Appreciate the communication & hospitality from the property management company. Thy are incredibly kind. Thanks all!

Large, lovely home in Paradise

place feel so spacious and welcoming. Lots of patio doors and windows to keep a breeze flowing through the place. Communal pool is 9' deep and big. Great to cool off in, or lounge around. Communication with property manager was easy and responsive. We loved our week-long stay.

Simply beautiful

We had a fabulous stay in Princeville. This location was clean with beautiful modern decor. The place was big enough for 6 of us to be comfortable and not on top of each other. The management team checked in on us which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely stay in this home again! Mahalo!

This was an amazing place to stay! We LOVED it! It had everything you needed, it was clean, it was beautiful, it made our vacation awesome!! There are so many little spots to just sit and enjoy this magical island…sip your coffee from any location in the morning and just relax! I loved coming “home” after our adventures each day! Great Space

This unit had ample space for family to spend time together and space for rest or reading quiet time away from each other. The deck is incredibly large. As a repeat visitor to the islands I’d love to pick this unit up and plant one on each location I visit as the deck and floor plan were the best we have seen.

Extremely lovely

This was an amazingly lovely and spacious condo. The complex is well maintained. The pool is just a few steps away. Since we stayed in January, the lack of AC wasn't an issue, but I'd rethink the use of the third bedroom in hotter months.

Family of 5 (3 teenagers) stay end of July 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place! Hottest part of the year obviously and a few times we felt the lack of central AC, but the huge lanai and really nice place made up for it for sure! We're so glad we booked here. The upstairs room gets WARM pretty much all night but has fans that help. The two downstairs rooms have AC units and stay nice and cool. Having the fans going in the living room and dining area really helped. It only got too warm later afternoon early evening.
