Just three houses from the ocean on A Street, this location is as good as it gets and puts you in the heart of Anastasia Islandā€™s vibrant beach district while offering the privacy of your own resort-style retreat.
Inside, youā€™ll find two bedrooms and two baths, tastefully decorated by a local design team with accents inspired by St. Augustineā€™s coastal heritage. Many of the details are repurposed from boats and iconic local establishments, creating a chic boathouse theme with plenty of charm. The expansive kitchen is fully stocked and features all new appliances, wide-plank oak LVP flooring (2025), and a Jura coffee maker for your morning routine. Both bedrooms and the main living area feature Smart TVs, fresh linens, and stylish furnishings, while the master bedroom offers direct access to the backyard pool with a beautiful view.
When itā€™s time to relax, the large heated saltwater pool awaits in a lush, private backyard. An expansive covered porch and poolside cabana provide plenty of shaded lounging areas, while the front porch offers a perfect spot to sit back and watch surfers and families heading to the beach.

Everything looked EXACTLY like the photos. The house not only smelled amazing, it was clean too. I normally wipe everything down first day, and to my surprise there was no dust, no dirt, and no sand in sight. The sheets and towels were all freshly washed. Great amenities, everything youā€™d need, they got it! Excellent location! Beach is right around the corner. The backyard is a great hangout spot. My kids spent 90% of the day in the pool. Host is quick to respond and accommodating . Plan to book again soon!

This property is exceptional. The location is fantastic. steps from the beach and Beachcomber. And you could sit on the fabulous porch all day people watching. But then you might miss the stunning pool. The decor is gorgeous. the property has everything you need and more. I honestly cannot fault it. Our second visit and we'll be back next year, if not sooner.

Always perfect

This is the second year we've stayed here and will look at next year as well. Great home that is open and spacious inside. Love the pool and the front and back porches to sit and relax on. Lots of places nearby to walk or drive to to eat and a few shops nearby as well. Always great and Rex is easy to reach if there are any issues.

My husband and I LOVED this home The location was perfect, the home was immaculate and so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The appliances (ie coffee maker, electric tea kettle, espresso machine, washer/dryer, etc) were unexpected high-end touches to the home. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing with comfortable seating and ceiling fans which we truly enjoyed. On a rainy night in, we loved watching a movie on the TV with a great sound bar, sitting on the super comfy couch eating popcorn from Kernel Poppers on St George St (a favorite for us!) The property manager was very friendly and incredibly responsive when we asked a few questions at check out. We will DEFINITELY return to this property. It deserves 5 stars. Thank you!

May Getaway at St Augustine Beach

We stayed at this house steps from the beach in early May. The house was perfect for our needs, and we liked having the pool available too. The neighborhood has a relaxed vibe with a coffee shop and casual restaurants nearby and easy access to St Augustine. I liked being able to walk to the beach in the morning with my coffee when the sun was coming up, plus I got some birding in. Iā€™m coming back.

Perfect spot to relax!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our quick getaway. We loved the private pool and short walk to the beach. Beachcomber restaurant is steps away so we visited for dinner and cocktails. The house was so stylishly decorated and also very clean and comfortable. Sitting on the front porch we were able to watch friendly people walking by, but even though it is a busy area it was very quiet and relaxing. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We would 100% recommend this home and hope we get a chance to visit again in the future.

Weā€™ve been visiting the area for 25 years and absolutely love to spend time here. St Augustine is truly a gem in so many ways and is undervalued as compared to other areas. The weather, restaurants, beaches, history, and things to do truly rival a much larger town. Being on the beach side of A1A and especially on A Street is truly a special location that we would absolutely not trade for anywhere else.
