Great place for a quick getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect with our dog and had all of the amenities we needed. It's also in a convenient location and a perfect spot for your dog.

Enjoyed a great beach week at this nice, roomy townhouse with our whole family, including our dog. It’s only a short drive into town and a convenient parking pass is included. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Vacation

Property was perfect size for our family of 7 and two small dogs. Location was nice and close to the beach and many restaurants in walking distance.

Nice stay

Townhome was nice for our stay. Close to Bethany Beach. Bedrooms were big. Kitchen/family room is big. Had all the kitchen tools we needed.

Bethany Beach

We had family stay here over 4th of July weekend, the location is great, very close to everything in Bethany but the neighborhood is very quiet.The house had everything we needed. The only slight issue is that for the bedrooms upstairs, the AC didn't cool as well as it did downstairs.

The house was very nice, and it had basic kitchen things. I would say that they could use some real dishes, not plastic, and ones that are microwave safe.

The master shower was flighty..hair on floor and around drain. Side of frig had stains..not sure what it was but I easily wiped it down. When we arrived they had given us a code to get in..there was NO code box..we had to call the office and were very nervous because it was 5:15 and were afraid they would be closed…they did answer and said oopps..we will send someone over with the keys and passes you need..we sat in the car and waited! The towels that were provided were a joke…thin and not enough for 6 people. The first day we drove 20 minutes to TJ Max to buy towels …and we still did laundry every 2 to 3 days!We rent a place every summer for 2 or 3 weeks and have for the past 9 years…i am sorry but we will not be renting this unit again. PS Pool too small

The check-in instructions you received were incorrect, and we understand how stressful it was to arrive and not have the expected lockbox, especially after hours. We’re glad our office was able to answer your call and arrange for someone to bring the keys and passes, but we apologize for the inconvenience and wait. We’re also sorry that the cleanliness of the master shower and refrigerator did not meet our usual standards. We will be addressing these items with our cleaning team. We appreciate your feedback regarding the towels as well and will review the quantity and quality provided for larger groups. We understand that the pool size is a personal preference, as it is a community amenity, but we appreciate you mentioning it. We’re disappointed that the property did not meet your expectations, particularly as you have been renting vacation homes for many years. Your feedback is valuable and will help us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience.

End of Summer Fun

The place was in a good location. Nice neighbors. New furniture. The bathrooms were not clean when we arrived (rings in toilets, sludge around faucets, hair on the floor). We cloroxed them ourselves.

August 2022 Stay

Nice location within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a small community pool. Parking right out front was convenient. Nice location of washer and dryer in the kitchen. Nice back porch with chairs, comfortable sofas and TV in living room. Nice big dining table. There were ants present in the foyer area and ant traps were placed in the house. No sheets/towels are provided. Mattress covers on the smaller beds are thick hard uncomfortable plastic that smell terrible. There were no shades or curtains on the windows in the smaller bedrooms. It was therefore bright and difficult to sleep.
