Perfect Family vacation house

We had a wonderful family vacation at this lake house! The place was spacious, perfect for our large group, and the dining table was a highlight for family meals and game nights. Everything was fully stocked, from kitchen essentials to linens, making our stay hassle-free. The serene lake views added to the relaxing vibe. Highly recommend this spot for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped getaway—we’d love to return but we are a one hit wonder family.

Great place to relax in luxury accommodations.

We had 25 people comprised of youth and adults. There was actually space and beds we didn't use. The house is beautiful. We had an excellent time in the river on the canoes provided and the private dock for fish, swimming, and relaxing. Hot tub provided a nice resort feel. Highly recommend this for your next getaway.

Spring break 2023

Our 3 families spring break together every year and decided on Texas this year. We enjoyed how close the house was to a lot of excursions. The house is great and was so comfortable.

NBTX at its best!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic 5-star stay here! The property proved to be the perfect setting for our multi-generational group, which included a teenager all the way up to the birthday girl turning 80. It can be challenging to find a place that caters to such a diverse age range, but this home truly hit the mark with a functional and spacious layout with fun for everyone.

Our very busy family enjoyed the serenity and beauty of Lake Dunlap. After 2 of our sons took chain saws to help those who had lost so much in the flood, it was an opportunity to play with their kids, cook up amazing dinners and enjoy the many water toys that were left for our enjoyment. All 15 of us were grateful to be there.

Beautiful Home

This home is lovely with plenty of beds and a great view! We enjoyed our stay! The kids fished and kayaked, we soaked up the views, enjoyed the hot tub, had coffee on the deck, and s’mores by the fire. There are two refrigerators in the kitchen, several ovens, plenty of extra towels, and a wonderful ice machine in the bar area. We lacked nothing. The host was great communicating as well. We would definitely recommend this home for your stay!

The property was perfect. The house was so clean (even the baseboards) and incredibly well-stocked. Linens were clean and we had plenty for a group of 20. We loved our stay and would definitely return. The host sent all info as needed for check in and house details. My only complaint was getting no response to a number of questions I emailed repeatedly.

Great girl’s trip weekend!

We had 7 of us, and the house was great! The check-in instructions were clear, and Amy was VERY responsive to any questions we had. There was PLENTY of room for all of us!!! The house was clean. The backyard setup and view is awesome. Layout of the house is amazing….from the kitchen into the open areas and bar….to the many bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of games provided to play. Just wonderful….would stay here again.

Spacious, Scenic, and Party Ready!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. There was more than enough parking for all our guests, which made things so convenient. We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more special.The property itself was well-stocked and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the boat rides—Captain Ryan was fantastic and made the experience even more memorable.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re so grateful to have found such a great spot for our celebration. Highly recommend!

Our Family Gathering

We had a 4 generation gathering. Ages ranged from 18 months to 76. Trust me, there was something for everyone to enjoy. You are in such a fantastic location to enjoy several activities. Some went to San Antonio and enjoyed a Spurs/Rockets game. Others took a stroll down the Riverwalk. Others took the kids to a amusement parks, and wildlife farms, while others enjoyed shopping and local eateries. Not to mention just off the backyard there were those who chose to go kayaking, fishing, and simply take in the gorgeous water views. Our party consisted of more than 25 and yet there was a bed for every head. Our home was immaculately cleaned upon arrival and there was more than enough room. Our host was easily accessible throughout our stay, and amenities galore. Thank u for leaving my family with wonderful memories.

Great experience and in a superb location

We really enjoyed our stay on this calm and huge home. Our initial intention on booking this home was to maybe kayak on the river but we were entertained with other things that we didn’t get to use them. The kiddos really enjoyed fishing and playing in the gameroom. The home was clean and was fully supplied with anything you can think of. The outdoors was quiet and we really had a relaxed weekend. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

Beautiful home and property

The home and property were beautiful and very relaxing. We had 10 people with us, everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of room. Plenty of places to sit and visit inside and outside. The house was very well stocked and easy to find anything we needed. The backyard was so relaxing. The guys fished and BBQ. I can not say enough about how peaceful our stay was. Trent and Holly were very helpful and always fast to answer any questions we had. I will defiantly be booking this property again.

To have plenty of space, be close to the action while still having privacy, have games, plenty of seating, make the houses updated & clean.
