Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and resort-like feel of Park Lane Ala Moana. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the facility closures during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed by the building management about these closures and have since asked them to notify us in the future. They said they notified all registered guests directly. We did not receive any communication from you about this issue during your stay, so we are unsure who you contacted. As per our Reservation Policy, we do our best to inform guests of any issues we are made aware of, but we cannot be held responsible for maintenance or closures managed by the Home Owner Associations.
