Our fully furnished gulf view condo is located across the street from the beach. The condo is located on the third story with parking on the first level. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the 27' balcony or from the beautifully decorated living room which has 17' sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the sunsets, gulf breezes, and the beautiful white sandy beach. You will simply love this place. New laminate flooring just installed. Just added a 50in hd tv.

Clean property- Great location
Our family of four (two teen daughters) was comfortable in this unit for a week. The location is great- directly across from a beach access point and a block away from a couple restaurants. We were visiting family nearby so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was more than adequate. We appreciated the beach towels and two camp chairs that were provided. If you are a beach equipment "junky" you might want to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The unit is at the top of two flights of stairs- so be aware of this if you have any mobility issues.

Awesome condo 1 block from beach
The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. The bedrooms are spacious, condo is well updated. The host has everything you could think of in this well stocked condo. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach is only 1 block away. We loved it for a girls weekend and will definitely book again!!

Family fun
We had a great stay. Jim the owner was very quick to respond when we had to reach out about internet/TV issues. Great location just across the street from the beach. Beautiful condo and wonderful deck with all the beach toys. My only suggestion is to realize it is a climb up two stories of stairs that are narrow and steep not handicap accessible so my visually impaired mom and 77 year old aunt had some challenges with this. Suggest at least paint the edge of the stairs with reflective yellow paint or something to help. Otherwise I got great exercise toting things up and down for them 😀 great place and would come back!

The best extended weekend girls trip ever!
Right from the moment I attempted to book this visit (which Jim was extremely helpful) to helping assure we made it to the property OK , this visit was exactly what we had hoped. Jim and his wife have a beautiful beach home! If stairs are not for you - beware but we like to be active and welcomed them! The beach access is directly across from the property and we were able to walk for hours! There is access to a bus in which we were able hop on and get to several different beaches and had a great time shopping! Evening drink on the deck to watch the sunset, lunches out, shopping trips, she’ll gathering on the beach and lots of girl talk! This is a perfect trip for friends to get together for a long weekend as we did!! Thank you Jim sharing your beautiful lake home!!

We love this area and this place was perfect! Right across the street from the beach access. It was a quiet place with a huge porch ,which we loved! We will definitely mark this rental one to return to!

Fantastic and relaxing
The listing for Jim's condo was right on and exactly what we needed for our short stay on the gulf coast. Our little family felt comfortable and well rested thanks to our host! Beach Time
We had a wonderful stay everything was excellent. Plenty of towels blankets pillows. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our host was easy to contact and always responded quickly to any of our questions.

Perfect stay
The condo is fabulous, photos do not show just how lovely it is in real life. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and immaculate. Location could not be better, steps away from beach access and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Will be back. Thank you Jim

We had a great time!
We had a great time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. The property was right across the street from the beach which made it easy to go back and forth between the beach and the condo. The condo was stocked with all the necessities including a full size washer and dryer which meant we left with clean clothes instead of dirty ones! We would recommend the property to anyone looking to be close to the beach!

Another perfect stay
This property’s photos on VRBO do not do it Justice. This is our second year staying and it was another perfect stay. The area is wonderful, right across from the beach and just down the street of a lot of fabulous restaurants! Owners do a great job providing essentials for everyone. If you forget something, rest assured, it is probably there. They’ve even added a wagon to their beach essential collection. You’re welcome to use it all. Overall, the process, the area, the cleanliness and the above and beyond owner will keep us coming back for more visits!

Lovely condo, great location
The condo was very clean, decorated very nicely and exceeded our expectations! Very roomy, had everything you need and an awesome balcony. Jim was very nice and responded very quickly when communicating. He provided all the details necessary for us to have an easy and smooth check in. Definitely would book again!

Excellent Accommodations Across from the Beach
Easy beach and island access, beautiful living space and balcony with everything you need for your stay. There's plenty to do on the island to keep you as busy as you care to be with activities suitable to all ages. We LOVED Chicago Jaqx Pizza & Taphouse which is just down the street. And of course, sunsets on the beach are a must. Will definitely stay at this property again!

First, the location is EVERYTHING! You are right across from the beach, so no over-packing is required for a trip to the beach. Jim is terrific with communication which is rare in a property owner.

Perfect stay
I have rented from Jim several times and the property is always perfect. Close to everything in IRB, steps from beach and the condo has all you need for your stay. Jim reaches out in advance and is quick to reply if needed for questions. Look forward to the next time I can enjoy this property!
