Hi Sharon, Thanks so much for leaving a 4-star review of your stay at “Linger Longer” in the Vizcaya community in Santa Rosa Beach. So glad to hear you had a wonderful time! We are truly sorry to hear that the neighbors were not friendly during your September stay. Most homes in the area are rentals, and guests arrive and depart frequently. We truly apologize that you encountered others that were unfriendly. We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your patience with the cable during your stay, now that we are live streaming Hulu, everyone can catch the BIG GAME on tv! The unexpected ice maker issues weren't ideal and that has since been replaced. Apologies if we didn’t properly explain how the Hurricane proof balcony doors work, we appreciate that feedback so we can ensure to give instructions to future guests. We would love to have the opportunity to host you all again and allow us to exceed a 5-star vacation experience! We enjoyed hosting you -Paradise Team
