Upscale, bright and spacious CORNER unit in new oceanfront complex, offering spectacular panoramic views over Bay of Banderas, lush mountains, numerous lit pools, decorative palm trees and sandy beach. Easily accommodates four to six people with four beds in three bedrooms/ sleeping areas. These oversized luxury corner units are rarely, if ever, offered as a vacation rental. They are perfect for two couples or larger families.

***Update: we've recently fixed the water tank, ensuring hot water is readily available for your comfort throughout your stay.

Unlike most interior rental units in this complex, this unique, oversized (1900+ square feet) corner condo has five full-sized sliding doors, one in every room! with both south and west exposure. All bedrooms and living areas offer spectacular views with the option to open the doors to feel the gentle ocean breeze or close them and enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Spacious balconies surround the unit on two sides,adding bonus living areas with comfortable furnishings for lounging, relaxing, and dining while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

As you enter the generous foyer, you will see the dedicated laundry and storage room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Next is the entrance to the larger bedroom, which has been set-up as a private suite with two double beds (that can be arranged as one extra-large king bed), TV, blackout blinds and ensuite with a large rain shower. This room also features its own bar fridge/freezer, and separate, private balcony with loungers and table.

Continue down the hall into a generously sized and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, gas 5-burner cooktop, quartz countertops, and ample storage space. A range of extra appliances have been made available for your convenience.


The open floor plan leads into the living room that highlights the breathtaking panoramic views. A spacious entertaining area, outfitted with a comfortable sofa that transforms into a queen bed is a great place to relax and read. Leave the doors open for ocean cross breezes and the sound of waves lapping on the beach.

The bright master bedroom off the living area features a king bed, private workspace, TV, blackout blinds, separate doors to the balcony as well as a full bathroom with rain shower.

About the complex

Among Harbor 171’s amenities are numerous pools of varied sizes and temperatures including a jetted hot tub, an infinity pool spanning the length of the beach, and a unique elevated lap pool. You’ll have a front-row seat to the Pacific ocean’s renown sunsets beautifully framed by the underwater-lit pools and palm trees.

Amenities also include a new, well-equipped gym on the 5th floor, covered parking and the peace of mind that comes with a complex featuring 24-hour security. Ample staff are present throughout the day and night to ensure the common areas and lush gardens are immaculate, respectfully enjoyed and secure. Of note, parties are not permitted, and smoking is allowed only at limited tables. There is no smoking permitted in the units, on balconies/patios or otherwise in the complex.

Harbor 171 is a new, one-of-a-kind resort-style condominium development located directly on the sandy beaches of Las Glorias, a quaint neighborhood in the heart of the hotel zone and a short 20-minute walk to the amazing shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon, with Zona Romantica just beyond. Within these secure, quiet streets you will find coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, boutique and luxury hotels (we are neighbors to the Dreams/Secrets resort), a “superstore-size” grocery store, bus stops, reasonably priced massage studios, and other amenities within a short walk.

Other things to note
The posted rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional charge applies for the 5th and 6th guests.

Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.

Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.

An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Up to six guests may be considered under certain circumstances. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Very enjoyable stay!

Condo is exactly as described. Well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor furniture on the balcony, and the beautiful view. The location is convenient to all the great restaurants in Versalle, and walkable to the Malecón.

Everything we hoped for

We wanted comfort and safety, as well as ocean air and sounds. Perfect place! It was clean, spacious, had inviting indoor and outdoor (lanai) living areas with comfortable furniture, air conditioning worked, and we were close to pool and hot tub. Good communication with management as well.

Getaway with freinds

Very nice condo, With the two lounge chairs and the couch on the balcony we spent most of our time there. Amazing view right on the beach, you can hear the ocean at as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Multiple pools and lot of lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the sun while gazing out at the ocean.The 8:45 nightly fireworks from the Pirate ship. There is a grocery store and some restuarants about a 5-10 minute walk and Uber was very reasonable if you wanted to go anywhere else. I would definatly stay there again

All You Need

The unit was well equipped with all the amenities of home. The beds and linens, the furniture, kitchen , appliances, etc. were all of premium quality. Bit of a glitch checking in, that was the property management companies fault. All in all a luxurious experience.

Winter Vacay 2024

The unit was very comfortable and the mid week cleaning was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Fabulous deck and views. Great response time when we had an issue on a Sunday. The property itself, amenity wise, is okay…it looks as if it was meant to have a bar grill but there is no food or drink available for purchase. Very, very dusty, bumpy approach to the property as shown in the photos, so not that much of a surprise. Limited lounges with umbrellas so there is the “saving” of seating that is allowed to start at 8 am and is closely monitored by some employees but not all. Enjoyed our stay but will continue to “sample” other properties.

Nice spacious waterfront apartment for your PV stay

We enjoyed our stay and having a corner unit with a large balcony is much nicer than the inside units in this building (where our family stayed). The unit was large and well-equipped with linens, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Building is nice but already starting to show some wear and tear. Internet and hot water both worked during our stay. Construction noise from the building next door was not bothersome. The access road is fine (although quite dusty and bumpy). The location is okay with a large grocery store and pharmacies located within a five minute wall; but you should expect to bus/taxi/uber to most other places. Communication with the property manager was quick; but we were often passed off to our concierge for the ultimate answers. She was sometimes slow to reply and would require follow-up prompts. That said we eventually received answers to our questions (including coordinating delivery of baby gear rentals before our arrival and pick-up on departure). Overall a good stay. Thanks!

Beautiful corner unit condo

The unit itself was amazing. A lot of space and a huge wrap around balcony. No complaints about the condo. We were told by the concierge there were bbq’s at the pool, condiments in the fridge and spices in the kitchen. None of this was true. The rules there are a little harsh. No music allowed at the pool and only white or blue towels to be used around the pool are ridiculous. Security was watching everyone all the time. There was construction from sunrise to sunset.
