Two tables + 8 chairs allow everyone to enjoy the balcony. Off the balcony is a lockable door to our STAIRWAY DIRECTLY to the white sands & the rejuvenating emerald waters! No waiting for elevator to the beach means more time relaxing on the sugar white sands! Just down the stairs to the beach ! Just sit out on the balcony and watching the porpoises swim and relax.

The charm & playfulness of this luxury accommodation begins to dawn on you. You’ll notice the 9.5ft great room ceiling, casual beach elegance, art work, ceiling fans, 65” flat screen color cable TV, Wifi internet capability throughout the condo, you can stay in touch with your emails or just ignore them.

The large island kitchen is outfitted for your every convenience including, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker & electric stove. If you’re a cook, you’ll be pleased to see it is fully appointed for cooking memorable beach meals for a group or just a couple! A large dining room table with seating for eight & long inviting bar with three tall chairs make dining in a joy.

The spacious colorful Master Bedroom has king bed, 42” flat screen color cable TV with dvd ( blue ray capable/VCR, stereo CD radio, beautiful art work and even a window that upon awakening, you can gaze at the beach from the bed! The adjoining large. master bath has a walk-in closet, two sinks, with custom walk in shower.

Guest room #1 has a king bed, 42 “ flat screen color cable TV with dvd player ( blue ray capable) and a large double closet. Private full custom bathroom with tub/shower adjoins.

Guest room #2 has one double with a twin above, and a separate queen bed, 42” flat screen color cable TV with dvd player ( blue ray capable) and a large double closet. Guests use the full custom hall bathroom with tub/shower.

Sugar Dunes Complex is located on 350 feet width of beachfront on Seagrove Beach, off Highway 30-A in South Walton County, between Deer Lake State Park & Eastern Lake. With only 24 units in the complex & no high rises nearby, the beach is private & relaxing. No tents or canopies allowed so plenty of space for your family to sunbathe & play on the beach. Unit 5 is just east of the center of complex on first floor, is a very spacious-approx. 1600+ sq ft- gulf front luxury design accommodation conveniently located near the complex elevator.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING? We leave a few beach toys for guest use in our porch closet, so bring beach towels, suntan lotion, fishing or golf equip. NO CANOPIES, OR TARPS ARE ALLOWED! NO GOLF ARE CARTS ALLOWED. No personal chairs or umbrellas are allowed.
