Sandtastic at Sugar Dunes! Oceanfront 3/3-Beach Service March-October

Welcome to your next vacation! Sandtastic (Sugar Dunes Unit 4) is a roomy, freshly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath condo right on the sand in a secluded area of beautiful Seagrove Beach. Sugar Dunes is a gated, 24-unit condo building with 400 feet of private, sugar-white beach. Our second floor home features direct access to the Gulf from the spacious, covered deck that spans the great room and kitchen. No need to go out through the parking lot to get to the beach—just open the door at the end of the deck, walk down a few steps, and you’re on the sand. The views from the deck, kitchen, and great room are panoramic and stunning. Watch the dolphins splash in the waves or the kids play in the sand whether you are sipping coffee in the kitchen, lounging in the great room, or dining at the main table.

Sugar Dunes features a master bedroom with king size bed, Gulf-view window, and large, private bathroom. There is also a second master with queen size bed and full private bathroom. The third bedroom is great for the kids and can sleep up to six with its two, single-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom.

Flat screen TVs grace every bedroom and the family room, and there is even a library of DVDs and a game console with controllers for your enjoyment. The kitchen is large and fully-equipped, including a whisper-quiet Bosch dishwasher so nothing disrupts your evening enjoyment. The main stereo can stream your music wirelessly via Bluetooth. The condo also has free high speed Wi-Fi.

A closet on the deck holds sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and boogie boards. From March through October, you'll have two vendor-provided beach set ups (for a total of four chairs and two umbrellas), so that your "spot" on the beach is set out for you each morning. Please note, that Sugar Dunes does not permit canopy or tent set-ups on the beach front of the building, and that during the hours of 7am-5pm, only onsite vendor beach set ups are allowed. After 5pm, you may use any of the chairs in our deck closet.

Sandtastic is well south of scenic Highway 30A, nestled between Eastern Lake to the west and Deer Lake State Park to the east. There are bike trails virtually everywhere, and we are conveniently located a nice bike ride from Seaside (3 miles) and Alys and Rosemary Beaches (5 and 6 miles, respectively). Deer Lake State Park offers miles of walking trails and a long, breathtaking walkover spanning majestic, untouched dunes. Eastern Lake is one of 30A's famous coastal dune lakes. Just a short stroll down the beach from the condo, the lake is a natural paradise, offering calm, shallow water for swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking, or crabbing. Kids can play all day in the ever-changing pool that forms where Eastern Lake meets the Gulf of Mexico.

If you’ve never been to the 30A area, you owe it to yourself to come see it. Just about 20 miles from both Panama City Beach and Destin (and a 25 minute drive to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, airport code ECP), 30A offers all the beauty that built those famous resort towns, but with a quiet, family atmosphere. The area’s beaches routinely make every list of the best in America. Packed with quartz, the sand is bright white and incredibly soft. The waters of the Gulf are warm, clear, and emerald green.
