The Space:
This beach hideaway features modern design details, including an Ipe Brazilian walnut wood rainscreen exterior combined with a functional "Baja Coast" styled interior. The expansive outdoor living space with natural landscaping embodies Central Coast beach living. The space features a large Accoya Wood Deck with overhanging ambient lighting and a spacious dining table to take in the ocean air as you sip your morning coffee or dine under the stars.

The tranquil outdoor space also features a large lawn, a gas fire pit, sand beach and boulder seating. The kitchen boasts energy-efficient SMEG appliances, custom plywood cabinetry, quartz countertops and poplar shelving. The bathroom includes a custom minimal threshold linear drain shower, marble countertops, concrete flooring and a custom shiplap sliding barn door. The design also includes a hidden laundry room with a storage area. Seconds from beach access, coffee houses, popular restaurants, hiking trails and parks, experience the Central Coast beach lifestyle in this modern coastal home.

The BoHo Beach Bungalow is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood just steps away from the ocean. Down the street is the popular Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can watch the waves crash and the beautiful nightly sunsets.

Getting Around:
It's easy to get around by car. Ubers and Lyft are also available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, the surfboards and Nespresso machine have been removed from the residence.

AMENITIES:
We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, dish soap, and trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a lock box located near the front door. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival.

PARKING:
Parking is available on the street rather than the driveway, with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home. Additional street parking available if necessary.

THE DRIVE:
Super easy, flat and safe road to get to the house! The home is close to freeway on-ramps.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor living space is fully fenced and features a gas fire pit, string lights, and a spacious patio table.

BEDROOMS:
There is 1 bedroom, featuring one queen bed. There is also a twin air mattress available. Total accommodations can sleep 3 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests will be required to sign a standard rental agreement for the duration of your stay.
