This home is located in a sleepy residential area of Santa Rosa Beach off the beaten path but very close to all the reasons millions and millions of people choose this area to vacation in year after year. Sugar sand beaches, clear emerald waters, 30-A, Crab Island, The harbor, Great dining, water sports and so much more and don't forget the stunning Destin Beaches and Beaches of 30-A.

First Floor: The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table that sits 6, laundry with full sized washer and dryer, half bath, bedroom with king bed and water view.
Second Floor: Large bedroom with king bed, water view and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. One guest bedroom with queen bed. One guest bedroom with twin bed and trundle bed. One guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Total: 2 king beds, 1queen bed, 2 twin beds.
Outside: 3 parking spots, boat dock for fishing, swimming and possible tying your boat depending on size of boat. Partially covered back porch with grill, table and chairs. Large back yard.

Pet Policy:

Only one dog allowed, maximum weight 40 lbs.
Non-refundable pet fee: $150.
Housebroken dogs only. Puppies must be crated unless outside.
Additional fees: $350 if pet shedding or accidents are not cleaned by the owner.
Dogs are not allowed:
On furniture or bedding.
On beaches in Okaloosa County.
Any damages caused by the pet are 100% the guest's responsibility.

Startup Amenities:

All properties come with a starter kit for your first day:

Trash can liners.
Dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent.
Hand soaps, shampoo, and toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom).
One roll of paper towels.

Security:

For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front door and security camera in the back.

No Smoking Policy:

No smoking inside the property.
Please remove any evidence of smoking outside the home.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM CST.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM CST. Late check-out may result in additional charges.
