The Beachhouse Condo is decorated with a relaxed beach decor and loaded with conveniences like a jaccuzzi tub, 65” smart TV in living room and 55” smart TVs in the bedrooms, a blue ray DVD player, new front load washer/dryer, WIFI, and luxury bedding. It has the best location at the Somerset for getting to the pool and beach -- take the steps down the staircase off the lanai to a private cabana, the pool and the beach. That's right -- you never have to take an elevator! (Elevators are available if needed). Unbelievable ocean views include native grasses and plants and are so close you can see the dolphin swim by and the pelicans dive from the kitchen, living room, master suite and lanai. You can soak up the breathtaking view while sipping morning coffee from the hanging egg chair or enjoying a sunset cocktail from the beachfront lanai. You can watch the waves roll in from the Gulf from the kitchen, the living room, master bedroom and lanai. Forget lugging beach gear up to the condo or making a trip to a storage locker, the unique private Cabana room located directly beneath the condo has plenty of beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella, various floats and toys) and is conveniently located just steps from the pool and beach entrance. It can also be used as a hangout to take a break from the sun. Relax in the master suite with views of the gulf, a door to the beachfront lanai, a private dressing area, a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, quartzite counters, and a walk in shower with body sprays. The second bedroom can be used as a second master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The Beachhouse has room to spread out with a finished porch that can serve as a third bedroom with a comfortable queen Murphy bed. You will find amenities like a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, board games, and a well-equipped kitchen to make your stay feel like you are in a home away from home.
The condo is usually rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions to this generally incur higher rental rates since unrentable days are usually a result of alternative rental periods.
