Welcome to our home away from home.
The unit is located on the 5th floor, unit 512 with incredible gulf views

Remodel just completed November 2020
Beautiful remodeled kitchen and bathrooms , wood porcelain look tile thru out, new furniture and coffee bar

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, Including a washer and dryer in the unit.

We have 3 TVs including a 65 inch TV in the living room, , Blu-ray player, keurig coffeemaker, free Wi-Fi , and a printer .

The living room has a new sectional couch

The dining area has a beautiful rustic wood table with 6 chairs

The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a balcony with water views. Barn door leading into The master bath that has been remodeled with a huge beautiful large shower, double vanities , large makeup area with plenty of storage

the 2nd bedroom is a guest suite ! 2 new full beds and a connecting remodeled bathroom with a shower and a sitting area with couch and 55 inch tv

The large balcony with its incredible views is the perfect place to enjoy a meal , we have a large table that sits 6 and a lounge chair

Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided , chairs , towels, umbrellas, beach cart and cooler

The Somerset is a luxury beachfront condominium on Marco Island's gorgeous crescent beach. Steps from the Gulf of Mexico.
Marco Island is the perfect place to get away from the everyday stress, it has the most beautiful beaches and the shelling is great, just a short walk down the beach are the Hilton and Marriott Hotels, they offer a wide range of activities from jet skis to Para-sailing and more, some of the best golf courses are in the area, Hammock Bay was rated one of Florida’s top golf course,
Located within walking distance are great restaurants, a movie theater and shops. You can also rent a boat at one of the local marinas and explore the 10,0000 islands or head down to the everglades,

If you are looking for a tranquil vacation on the beach the Somerset is perfect for you. Located on Florida's quiet southwest coast, Marco Island is within a hours driver from the Fort Myers airport and a short drive to Naples.

Each reservation is required to pay a $150 application fee paid to the Somerset at completion on application.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and pools were not crowded and made for a perfect relaxing week. Susan was a great host and our family can't wait to stay again.

Great condo on the beach

Exactly as the listing showed, right on the beach, perfect view from the balcony, wonderful decor, all the amenities you need including everything you need for a beach day and Susan was always available and very quick to respond. We will go back for sure!

Nice Stay At the Beach

Property is located at a very convenient location with what seemed like private beach access. We had a blast spending time at the pool and the beach. This property has everything you could ask for, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels a plenty. Our only complaint was that coffee grinds were left from the previous renter and the master bath shower needed a good drain cleaning (slowly draining). Again not a big deal considering how awesome everything else was.

Excellent beach vacation!

This condo is beautiful, super clean and peaceful. We spent the week on the beach, cooking, playing games and watching shows together. The Somerset is a family place, everyone was so nice. We had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the ocean everyday. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful condo on an amazing beach!

We loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The decor is clean and fresh and filled with love. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and the beautiful sunsets almost every day from the balcony. Long walks on the beach and short walks to dinner were also great. We will be back for sure!!

Stunning Condo

This was my family's first trip to Marco Island. The condo was as beautiful as the listing pictures. Very secure building and property grounds. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Susan was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to beautiful Marco Island.

Sisters getaway

For our "Five sisters getaway", we couldn't have been more pleased with this unit. It was EXACTLY as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Everything was exceptional. Susan was great at addressing any issues we had. Would definitely return to this wonderful place.

This is a beautiful home- and I say “home” instead of condo because it really does feel like home. As soon as we walked in we immediately enjoyed the surroundings. It was spotlessly cleaned and smelled so good! It’s decorated so beautifully and so cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfortable, TVs super easy to use, and all the extra goodies for going to the beach were outstanding! Very family friendly which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. You can’t go wrong in choosing this place!

Always a reliable destination

We continue to return to Marco where we know that the long walks along the beach will always bring peace. The Somerset is an ideal building with every unit having a front ocean view; no standing on the balcony and cranking your head for a glimpse. This unit had everything that you needed and the photos and descriptions were 100% accurate - you can book with confidence. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

This is paradise!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This unit was fully stocked with soap and toiletries and the unit was very clean upon our arrival! The beach items were perfect! There was even sand buckets/shovels for our young children. We have stayed in the somerset previously and we love the location! Susan's unit is beautifully updated. We can't wait to come back!!! Thanks again!

A Cut Above

We have stayed in several condos in the Somerset Building. This unit is the most beautiful one we have been in. It was very clean and has a wonderful layout. The owner was quick to answer our questions and very accommodating. Do not rely on the keypad, however, to get you into the condo as it may not always unlock the door.

The Somerset has a great location and is the best weekly/monthly building on the beach, the complex and the grounds are beautiful and the units are larger than most beach front condos.

My family has been coming to the Somerset since the building opened as renters, We love Marco and wanted to share it with guest who would love and appreciate it as much as we do.
