This space has all you need to enjoy your time in Park City.
The Space:
Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom townhome with space to accommodate 8. This home is great for a friend trip or family vacation. This home offers a comfortable space to relax after a busy day exploring with two different living rooms, spacious bedrooms, views over the surrounding mountains, and a private hot tub.
When you enter the home, you will find a tiled entryway with a large mudroom right off the front door. This space is perfect for unloading all your outdoor gear and features a built-in cabinet and shelving space, a long bench to sit on, and several coat hooks. Down the hall, you will come to the spacious open kitchen and living room that is filled with charming features such as exposed wood ceiling beams, a beautiful stone hearth, double-sided fireplace, and modern light fixtures. The fully equipped kitchen allows the chefs in your group to stay connected with loved ones with the open-concept layout as they make good use of the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to whip up a delicious meal. Grab a snack or breakfast at the spacious kitchen island where you will find bar stool seating for four. Attached to the kitchen is the first living room where you will find a large sectional sofa with a chaise on the right side, a leather chair, a mounted 37” flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.
To the right of the kitchen/living room, you will find a small hallway that features a full bathroom, laundry room, and the main level bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a large single-sink vanity with beautiful stone countertops and ample cabinet storage, towel hooks, and a shower/bathtub combo. Across the hallway from the bathroom is the bedroom, which features twin beds, a nightstand with a lamp, one wooden chair, a dresser and closet, and a 42” TV with a ROKU device. Situated between the bathroom and bedroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you can pack light and wash your clothes as needed during your stay.
Make use of the double-sided fireplace and get comfortable in the second living room, located past the kitchen and first living room. This inviting space has everything you need for a cozy night with a large leather couch, three couch chairs with two footrests, and a 60” smart TV over a cabinet storage unit. Tucked into the corner of this room is a glass dining room table with seating for six, perfect for when your group is looking to have a sit-down meal together. From this room, you can access the backyard and hot tub area, or just enjoy the snowy views outside as you stay warm by the fireplace.
Upstairs, you will find an additional two bedrooms and a large, dynamic space with additional beds and office space. The stairs are located just off the second living room, where you will find a second foyer that leads out to the backyard and a hot tub. At the top of the stairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with two side tables and lamps, a set of matching chairs, a large closet, and a mounted 48” smart TV with a ROKU device. For those warm summer nights, the room is equipped with a free-standing fan. The attached bathroom to this bedroom can be used as a shared bathroom, as there is a door to the bedroom that can close off the bathroom for privacy. The bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity and a free-standing shower. On the other side of this bedroom is the master bedroom, a space filled with natural light thanks to the multiple windows providing great views over the surrounding area. Get a peaceful night of rest on the comfortable king-size bed, or enjoy some reading in bed with two side lamps on the nightstands. The bedroom also features a large armoire that includes a 48” TV with a ROKU setup. The ensuite bathroom includes an L-shaped double-sink vanity, a private toilet area, a large bathtub, and a free-standing shower.
Just a few steps up from the bedrooms, you will find a dynamic open space that can be used as a bedroom, workspace, or hang out area. The room features a set of twin bunk beds, two chairs, a table with 4 chairs, and a mounted 32" TV. For those that need to fit in some remote work, you will find a designated office area complete with a desk, office chair, and computer monitor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including an outdoor patio space with a private hot tub and one parking space in the shared parking garage. The assigned space for the townhome is the 3rd parking spot after entering the garage labeled 1400. Please note the garage has a clearance height of 7'2.
The Neighborhood:
The townhome’s location perfectly places you between the city life and mountains with Park City’s historic downtown less than a mile away in one direction, and the luxurious and elegant Deer Valley Resort less than half a mile in the other. For those visiting during the summer months, enjoy the several hiking and mountain biking trails nearby such as Snowtop Trail or the beautiful Deer Valley Pond area. In the winter you are just a two-minute drive from the base of Deer Valley Resort, five minutes from Park City Mountain, and a ten-minute drive from Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift putting the best ski slopes just a short distance from the home. When you are looking for some city life, head the short mile over to the historic downtown Main Street, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. Whatever activity you are after for the day, you will find it nearby!
Getting Around:
With slopes in either direction, this townhome places you in the ultimate location for easy exploring of the area by car or public transportation! Utilize the free shuttle line in Park City and catch a ride at the Pinnacle stop on the green line located just outside the front entrance of the complex. Take the shuttle to and from the best ski runs in Park City with ease. This shuttle line will take you all over from Deer Valley Resort up to Kimball Junction. Or, enjoy a quick six-minute shuttle ride to Park City Main Street, where you will find ski shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Uber/Lyft are always available.
