This REMODELED beautiful 2-bedroom unit sleeps six and offers a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway--at a great price! Island Princess 614 offers a stunning sixth-floor beach view in a wonderful complex on Okaloosa Island. This home offers a king-sized bed in the master suite, which has direct access to the balcony and a full view of the emerald waters along the coast. The guest room also has its own bathroom and sleeps two with a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
We also manage three adjacent Island Princess condos (612, 613 and 615) if you need to plan for a large gathering or special event like a wedding, family reunion, or graduation celebration.
Beach Amenities: No Hidden Surprises!! Your stay includes two complimentary beach chairs & an umbrella provided by a professional service--a MUST for a relaxing stay at the beach. There's no better way to enjoy lounging in the sun and viewing the surf. (Seasonal service available daily March through October.)

The condo was clean, well stocked, and close to restaurants and shopping. The condo grounds are clean and well maintained. Beach was beautiful. Would suggest this condo to friends and family.

Wonderful beach week

The condo was perfect, it was clean and roomy. The view was awesome. We loved sitting on the balcony and having breakfast each morning. Access to the pool and beach were convenient. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo

Enjoyed the stay. Weather did not cooperate so we stayed in most of the time. The room could use an upgrade on pots and pans in the kitchen but we fot the job done. All in all, it was a nice getaway

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was very nice with a beachy theme. The balcony view was perfect. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. The unit was roomy enough for our family of four adults. Getting the chairs and umbrella that come with the room was very easy. Communication with the host was timely and friendly. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Quick trip

We stayed here for our daughters dance nationals competition. The balconies where inaccessible due to refurbishment however we knew upon booking. Overall property is average to above average stay.

Thanks for the feedback, Lauren! I certainly wish we could forecast drain leaks and, more importantly, have rapid solutions to these types of sometimes, we do. Unfortunately, with this particular situation, the shower in 614 has to be removed to fix the issue. We attempted a temporary fix, which would have allowed you to use the shower, but unfortunately that fix failed. After consultation with the plumbers working on the issue, it was determined nothing could be done other than remove the shower. We found out that the interim repair didn't work literally minutes before you were sent the door code. We notified you as soon as it became apparent that the shower wouldn't be available. Again, we are terribly sorry for the unavoidable inconvenience. We are delighted that you enjoyed the room and the view! WE hope to have you back again soon!

Love Island Princess Property, sad about the construction noise.

We love the Island Princess overall property and location. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. Only one or two things I’d improve on and one they had no control over. The bed in the master was not super comfortable but everyone has a different bed type they like. For the coffee lovers, very tiny coffee cups, we bought two bigger ones and left them so future guest could enjoy 😉. What was out of their control was the parking lot restoration and painting of the building. The noise was deafening during the day if you were in the condo for lunch. No lazy day naps. Again out of their control. Overall a great place to stay and we are already trying to decide what week to come next year ♥️

Nice place but water line broke

Second night water line broke. Wife was crying tying to hold water back while I found the shutoff Called for help and finally found it. Really was worried about my wife she took a lot of water to the face trying to help the condo owners Had to sweep two inches of water out of the condo and mop the floors slipped in the process and hurt my knee so the last 6 days were kinda a waste The property manager showed up in the morning and had our close washed and dried and replaced the towels plus let us use another condo for another night until they could repair the damage We did get our time in Florida but not a pleasant experience

Dream come True

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything exceeded our expectations. This was the first time in 45 years we have ever done anything like this. For our 45th anniversary coming up on Nov 16th I wanted to surprise my husband and boy did I ever. The minute we opened our condo door the view took our breath. I have never been so relaxed. I didn't look at my phone or my calendar. Which ended up being a mistake because we thought our checkout day was on Wednesday and we reluctantly packed and left wishing we had at least one more night and day on the beach. It wasn't until the next day until I got a text from the host to click the link when we were ready to check out. Only then did I realize our actual day to check out was Thursday the 3rd. I thought Wednesday was the 3rd.Lol I can laugh about it now! Sorta. Even with that happening I wouldn't change a thing and we are looking forward to booking again next year.

Not an enormous trek to get to your spot.Property management folks were incredibly responsive any time I had a question, and answered TEXTS! No need to call.Negatives:This unit is right outside an elevator, which means you'll experience a little more noise than with other units.And speaking of...the elevators had several hiccups throughout the week in terms of actually working. Very brief outages, but outages all the same.This unit also does not have its own assigned parking space, so your vehicle is parked outside during your stay. A minor inconvenience to be sure, but worth disclosing.Again, overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
