THE HOME

This home has pretty much everything you need. We provide bed and bath linens, toiletries, tableware and glassware for 8 people, well equipped kitchen (toaster, air fryer, smoothie blender, water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, etc), entertainment items (pool towels, cooler, board games, poker chip set, Smart TVs, etc) and a comprehensive home instruction booklet for your convenience.

Bedrooms: The home has a primary suite with a king bed, secondary suite with a queen bed, and a third bedroom/office with a queen sofa bed. Each bedroom has a desk/vanity to accommodate remote workers and whisper quiet ceiling fans for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, shower cap, hair dryer and other essentials like toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget! Both bathrooms have newly renovated walk-in showers. A portable washtub is available for infants/young children.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook complete meals. There are plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utensils, baking sheets, roasting pan, cutting board, and knife set. All staple items such as seasonings, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, etc are also provided so you don’t have to waste time and money shopping for these items when you arrive.

Other notable features: Central heat and AC with smart thermostat, Google Nest doorbell, brand new full size washer and dryer, high speed internet, cable TV, large patio, and carport with 3 parking spots.

THE RESORT

Palm Desert Resort CC is a gated community set against spectacular panoramic views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains. It features a 18-hole golf course, large tennis and pickleball facility, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pro shop, beautiful walking paths, and over 20 pools throughout the property.

Guests of this rental home get access to all country club amenities and everything is easily accessible by foot (~5 min walk to clubhouse/pro shop/tennis/pickleball and less than 1 min walk to the nearest pool). There is so much to do within the resort that you may never need to leave the gates once you arrive!

LOCATION

This home is centrally located with convenient access to shops, restaurants, cafes, beer breweries, hiking trails and golf courses. There are so many grocery options within 10 minutes such as Trader Joes, Sprouts, Ralph’s, and Target. Within about 15 mins, you can get to popular destinations like El Paseo Shopping District, The River at Rancho Mirage, La Quinta Old Town, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and spectacular golf courses like Desert Willow, Indian Wells, Classic Club, Mission Hills, and PGA West. Palm Springs downtown and PSP International Airport are also just a 30-minute drive away.

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS

The online calendar is always up to date with availability and rates. Once you enter the dates of stay, your rent and all fees will automatically be calculated, including any discounts. There is a 5% discount for stays 7 nights or longer, and 10% discount for stays 28 nights or longer.

You are not required to pay the 12% city and tourism tax if you stay 28+ nights, but the system does not automatically remove the tax so once you send a booking request, I will send back a revised quote with the tax removed. There is also a low cost property damage policy for $59 that provides coverage up to $1,500 for accidental damages. For your protection and ours, we book exclusively online.

Please note that temperatures can reach 115 degrees in the summer and the HOA does routine maintenance during the summer. Golf courses overseed during the fall so there is a rotation of golf course closures. The rates are lower during summer and fall to reflect these inconveniences.
