In the cozy living area, relax on the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. Here, you can light up the fireplace to warm up, providing additional coziness. When you're ready for a bite to eat, head to the well-equipped kitchen with bar seating to whip yourself up a delectable dinner. A gas grill awaits, allowing you to add charred favorites to the menu. THINGS TO KNOW
Per the HOA, this complex is 'adults only.' While children are welcome to visit under adult supervision, they are not permitted overnight.This community has a large parking lot that can accommodate a trailer or smaller recreational vehicle. Please Note: There are 3 additional units for rent in this community. You can find the other units by searching for Tranquil Trail Units 1, 3, 6, or 8, or give us a call to book!Streaming services will require a guest account to access.This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
