Come inside ~
✨Immediately upon walking in, you will be met with a beautiful and luxurious open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen is a gorgeous, upgraded tile backsplash, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range and a modern farmhouse sink. The Master Bedroom is a getaway all in itself, with a splendid custom chandelier, high end memory foam mattress and beautiful all tile shower! The other two bedrooms have plenty of space with a full over full bunkbed, and dual twin over twin bunkbeds in the other. All beds have memory foam mattresses.

✨This property is in the neighborhood across the street from an amazing eatery and community gathering spot, The Big Chill! The Big Chill provides great outdoor living, food, drinks and fun for the whole family. There is live music, outdoor movies, and great shopping. Kids will be drawn to the ice cream and fun eateries, while enjoying the outdoor games available. Adults have a vast array of drinks and food and an area for kicking back and relaxing with friends and family on beautiful outdoor seating.

- Community: Prominence is a gem! 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

Beach access ~
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
