This charming, pet-friendly StayMareni studio overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, and the warm sands of Myrtle Beach are only steps away from each suite's balcony. Take advantage of the community's vast array of available amenities to create unforgettable memories with your loved one. If you're not swimming or collecting shells on the beach, you're usually reading a nice book. It is in an excellent location. The Promenade and Boardwalk are both reachable on foot.

The Space:
Relax, unwind. Put yourself in the frame of mind of being on vacation. This beachfront studio has one bathroom and a queen-size bed that is both soft and comfortable, so you can get a good night's sleep and enjoy the view. The suite has space for a maximum of two guests. Unwind in front of a 50-inch 4K smart Samsung or LG. A full bathroom with a gorgeous, big vanity in a variety of colors. The suite is on the eighth floor and has amazing views. It is also the perfect place to watch the stars from the comfort of your own private balcony.

Don't feel like venturing out of your suite to eat? You don't need to worry about preparing a delectable dinner because you already possess the essential cookware, plates, utensils, and silverware. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster. Start your day off right with a steaming mug of coffee brewed in your in-room Keurig or by strolling down to the lobby level to visit the resort's very own coffee shop.

On property, parking is available and included. 1-Bedroom Suites and Smaller will receive 1 Parking Permit at check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, gym as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

Broadway At The Beach - 30 minutes walk

The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is approximately 4 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
All suites have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.

PETS:
Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable $150 charge per pet. Small dogs 20 lbs. or less are permitted other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. 2 dogs per room maximum. Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky are not permitted. *** Other Breed Restrictions may apply*** However, all ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.

You must be 21 or older to rent this home. If we find out you are under 21 years of age you may be asked to leave immediately.

Non-Smoking:
Patricia Grand is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.

Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat it like it's your own), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay.

Trash Cans are by the elevators in rolling bins on each level.

Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
