Relax, Enjoy, and create memories in our newly built home in 2023! Here are a few details of our property:

Main Floor - Boasts a large open concept Kitchen Entertainment area with ample cooking space and a large island, and kitchen table that shares the entertainment living room area for ultimate inside entertaining!

Upper Floor - Our master bedroom with walk out to upper patio is very ample boasting a large walk through closet area (one side has room for an infant sleeping area) to a 5 piece bathroom. There is a queen size bedroom overlooking the lake, along with a kids bunkbed bedroom with full size bed, and another queen size bedroom. Our mid level has another bedroom with a full size bed.

Outside - We absolutely love our Outside Oasis!. Our home has an upper deck for quiet nights or overlooking the "lakefront grounds" with a gorgeous view. The lower patio area that walks out from the Main level has a huge BBQ with prep cart, 6 seat patio table along with a picnic table beside it. Walking towards the lake, we have a beautiful patio with a view that is also absolutely gorgeous with ample seating and space for a large family. Moving down towards the lake our Mid level boasts some loungers for those wishing to "soak up the sun". At the lake there is a dock for fishing, boats, and a grassy area for lounging. Yes we said "gorgeous" more than once, because we think you are going to love our Outside Oasis!

Front of House - This is plenty of room for parking cars, Boat trailer, etc on driveway and is easily accessible from Orland Road

Other Info - House has air conditioning, Smart TVS to log into your favorite streaming subscription, WIFI enabled, Kitchen carries all basic amenities Coffee/tea maker, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, Both Upper Bathrooms Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, Mid Level Shower and hair dryers in all bathrooms.

****We also have on site a 2023 Bennington Pontoon Boat with 115hp Available for Rental for experienced boat users.****



Crooked Lake is an 800 acre all sports lake with 3 large connecting basins. The home is located on the 3rd basin, which enjoys a reputation for being one of the best 2 mile runs for skiing and wake boarding in the area complete with a slalom course! The fish are plentiful too! You can also just relax and enjoy watching the action from the decks or shore. Weekly 7 day rental runs Friday (4pm check-in) to Friday (10am check-out) from May 24th holiday week to Labor Day holiday week. Winter, spring, fall only require a 3 day minimum. Bring your water toys and/or boat (rentals available on the lake) and get ready to have a vacation to remember with family and friends.
