Pool Heater-House in Cherry Grove w/ Pool, Short Walk to Beach

Beachy Keen Vacations presents this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the popular, family friendly Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Come and enjoy the beautiful backyard with a saltwater pool (pool heater available for a fee), propane grill, ping pong table and basketball hoop or head down the street to the beach! Our house has a fully equipped kitchen for meals in, comfortable furniture and plenty of space for families and friends to enjoy time together as well as space to themselves. We are a short walk, drive or golf cart away from the beach, fishing pier, bars, dining, excursions, shopping, golf and more for the whole family to enjoy.

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

**The house is limited to 10 guests. **

*No pets allowed. No smoking or large gatherings and/or parties allowed*
Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must remain present the entire length of stay.

Beautiful house and close to the beach. Pool is so pretty! Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Close to everything in Cherry Grove. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great experience staying at Stacie’s property and definitely recommend it. The location was perfect- 1 block from the beach. The pool was beautiful and heated, ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Cherry Grove!

We loved our stay at this spacious home. There was everything to keep the kids entertained and even hang out areas for the adults. With heated pool we really enjoyed the privacy and lights at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House was immaculate and perfect size for our family. Kids loved the pool and the fact that we were just a short walk from the beach. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Stacie was wonderful to deal with as well.

Clean & relaxing!

Super clean and great location! Close to the beach and restaurants, etc. The golf cart rental isn’t needed but was super fun and convenient with 3 littles! Stacie was very helpful. The pool was a favorite. Especially the shallow platform for our 2 year old!

Perfect House for any Occasion

The home was fantastic and the space was great. Stacie made the process very easy for check in/out as well as answering any questions we had. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and to restaurants down there. The grocery store is also a 1 minute drive down the road. I highly recommend this home for family vacations, trips with friends, or just a weekend getaway.

Wonderful experience

The property and location were wonderful. What a great treat for us and our entire family. The decor is perfect and it hit all notes from our youngest twin grandchildren to our 75 year old patriarch. Communication was a little challenging the first day or so, but got better. Stacie and this property were overall great!

Overall, this was a great house for vacation and would definitely recommend. The house was very clean. Check-in was very easy. The open layout and 3 bathrooms were also appreciated. The only downside was how warm the pool stayed which is due to how warm it was and the layout of the pool (has large basking area which heats water quickly and only goes about 4.5ft deep). Also, was a bit bummed that the TVs didn’t have local channels. Other than that, the house was great. The biggest plus side was the location, being a 3 min walk to beach and right next to a grocery store and some small shops and restaurants.

Beautiful pool with a two minute walk to the beach

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The private pool is amazing, a two minute walk to the beach, and everything you’d need in the home to enjoy your stay. The house was clean, inviting and relaxing. Walking distance to a huge grocery story and several great restaurants. We Recommend Basils for dinner! We loved our evenings on the deck, down by the pool or playing ping pong. The outdoor shower was a bonus after a day at the beach before taking a dip in the pool. We will be back, we loved our stay.

Great Stay. Property clean and amenities outstanding

Property was as advertised. Only issue I had was Gas Grill. Did not operate well. Spent a lot of additional time trying to operate properly vs. actually cooking.

Awesome Trip, Clean House, Great Amenities

My Family & I had the best stay at The Beachy Place. First time we stayed in Cherry Grove Beach and everything about this house exceeded our expectations. House was the cleanest rental we have ever rented, the location was quiet & perfect for families. The house amenities were WONDERFUL. My Family loved the Pool & the close walk to the beach. It was the best of both worlds. One of our favorite things were when we would go spend a few hours at the beach, come back to the house & swim in the pool, go eat a good meal and then relax on the back deck. Also, my boys LOVED the ping pong table outside. This house made us feel like we were right at home & we were all sad when our 4 day stay came to an end. Stacie was a wonderful host who communicated and helped us anytime we had a question & even helped us get an earlier check in time. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Beachy Place next year.

Great house and steps to the beach

We stayed with our 9yo and 7yo and our Friends who have a 7yo, 4yo and 2yo. The house was perfect. You have the common living area in the middle of the house, two bedrooms, each w/ their own bathrooms on one side and Jack and Jill rooms on the other side one with two bunk beds for the kids to all bunk together and a full bathroom in the middle. The Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There is both a regular coffee maker and a K cup maker. The back has a little screened in deck that has stairs down to a little oasis with a pool. The house is only a few houses off the main road that faces the beach and there is public access right there. There is a grocery, pizza place, ice cream and some other places to eat all within a few minute walk. The area is nice and quiet and great for a family vacation or couples get away. Stacie and Mary were very quick to respond with any questions and we would absolutely stay there again.
