Our stay was amazing! The unit is great and has everything you could need and the views are stunning! The beach is beautiful and pristine. It was a lovely trip!

A wonderful stay with a great view

My family and I traveled for spring break and we had a wonderful stay. This property felt like home. The easy check in and the property was cleaned. Not to mention the beautiful view from the deck that looked out to the beach. We had dinner on the deck on our lastnight stay. The added bonus was the easy accessibility to the beach.

Great location

We had a great stay at the townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The best part was the private beach literally behind us. It made our time at the beach so easy with kids. 10/10 would recommend.

The view. Beach access.

Great place. Worth every penny. Wonderful view from back bedroom and living room. Great patio to lounge. Super easy walk to beach spot that’s already set up for you by 7am. Comfy beds. Places to eat within walking distance. Overall it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in the beach. And we go 1-2 times a summer.

Book It!

This property is exactly as described and as the pictures shown! It’s actually prettier in person and has hands down the best postcard view on the beach ! The mattress are the most comfortable plush beds ever . The private beach with private security is hands down one of the best features so you can enjoy your vacation in peace . Property management has wonderful communication and exceeds customer service expectations. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way . Will rebook .

Perfect beach spot for family!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is incredible! The property was extremely clean. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 4 children ages 7-13). The kitchen is very well stocked. The one complaint we had was that we called ahead to ensure there was a grill and asked if it was gas or charcoal. The grill is a gas grill but the propane tank was empty. After making a special trip to get a new propane tank, the drip pan was completely full and the grill caught on fire for a minute, so we had to clean it. Other than that everything was amazing. We will definitely book this property again!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in Miramar Beach. We have a grill program where a vendor comes once a week (Saturdays) in season to clean the grill and make sure all propane is full. I see you checked in on Friday so the grill may not have had the opportunity to be cleaned and re-filled of propane after the previous guests departure. I am going to send your review to our vendor to ensure they are going to each property each week as scheduled. Thank you for letting us know! Great location, accommodation leaves something to be desired

The holiday home has a great location. We really liked the beachchair service. However, there were also several minus points: the parasol on the terrace was not repaired despite repeated requests and could not be used by us. We would also have liked clean windows, at least on the day of moving in, in order to be able to enjoy the great view from the inside. The furnishings are quite worn out, sofa and upholstered seats are stained. The kitchen is fully equipped but has also seen better days. A plus here for the well-functioning blender. Overall, the house scores above all because of its location.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the beach service and this home’s increbile locationn overlooking the beach. We’re sorry to hear you had issues with the outdoor umbrella. While our staff has tried to repair it, we discovered that it is a larger issue, which is covered by the manufacturer warranty. We are currently in the process to have it repaired or replaced. In addition, we’re disappointed to hear that the furnishings and kitchen did not meet your expectations and have shared your feedback with the owner. We’re glad this did not hinder you from having a great vacation and enjoying the fantastic location. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back to the beach.
