Fantastic location! Being able to basically park the car for the week and walk to everything was amazing. The kids loved having Funland right across the street. Kitchen was well equipped. The front porch is a great hangout spot that we all enjoyed the entire stay. If youā€™re looking for a cozy spot right in the middle of all Rehoboth has to offer, youā€™ll love this spot.

This is a great place. Everything was as described. Awesome location, each room has its own temp control, the lower level is truly a lower level not a spruced up basement like some other places. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and boardwalk! The enclosed front porch was very comfortable. we had good weather; possibly a little too hot. It was amazing how quiet it was inside the house despite being so close to Funland! I did not realize that the washer/dryer was outside the house. That made it a little less convenient. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the week very much!

Everything I could have wanted & more

By far, the greatest week at the beach for our family & friends. The location is EVERYTHING and the cottage could not have been a more perfect place to call home base. The porch was wonderful. We will be booking soon for next summer.

Historic Home in a Prime Location

Our whole family was extremely happy to stay in this wonderful home that has much history. It is also located within a few steps to the beach, across the street from Funland (and still quite inside), and a few minutes walk to all of the best Rehoboth Beach restaurants. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and helped us to settle in. We had everything that we needed for the entire week. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Best location

This property is an incredible location, so close to the beach, the Boardwalk and Funland. The screened in porch was delightful and although a busy part of the beach, we were never bothered by noise. The property did lack some paper products that would have been helpful for us to know in advanceā€¦limited toilet paper, paper towels, no coffee filters or napkins. Otherwise, it was well equipped. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as well as parking on the property.

Outstanding location, but this is NOT A VRBO, no linens as shown in the listing

The listing clearly stated linens among the Property Amenities and that was one of the reasons we chose the property along with the fact that we found it on VRBO. We've stayed in Rehobeth before, renting from a local agency and always had to provide our own, so were looking forward to a VRBO with linens. Days before arrival we messaged the host to confirm that bath towels were included with linens. The host said they've been renting for 29 years and have never provided linens, which is fine, but the issue is what was stated in the listing not what they've done in the past. No apologies, no offer to make it right, just a flippant "you can rent the linens" for something like $300. The host then updated the listing and took out linens from the amenities. We know this because it was on the listing before we messaged the host and it was gone afterwards. Dishonest and annoying. We've stayed at dozens of VRBOs and other rentals over the years and never had an issue with missing amenities and certainly none with no sheets or towels. Also do not expect any kind of welcome items, soap or shampoo that you'll find at a normal VRBO because there are none at this property. Finally bring your own bathroom tissue as the rolls in both bathrooms were completely empty upon arrival.

Perfect location for beach Vacation

This cute cottage is in the perfect location! Across the street from Funland, a block to the boardwalk and beach, a block to main drag with restaurants and shops. The off street parking is priceless. The cottage is comfortable and well-appointed. The screened-in front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or to unwind at the end of the day.

Exceptional!

From start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Communication was great, even down to the moment we checked in, they made themselves available for questions or concerns. Now let's get to the home itself, I felt right at home. The entire house from top to bottom is gorgeous and simply charming. As soon as you walked in you felt at home. Excellent location, the screened in porch was by far my favorite. Can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed here for the second summer, and it did not disappoint! Steps to the boardwalk, beach and fun land. Everyone could come and go at their own pace. The front porch is phenomenal! Plenty of parking and access o washer dryer

More Wonderful than Expected!

My family has been coming to Rehoboth since I was a child and this is the best place I have ever stayed! The screen porch was Heaven! There was plenty of room for a family of 5. The appliances were all up to date. We had a little issue with the dishwasher that was fixed immediately when we said something. The most amazing part was that Funland is only steps away and yet the minute you walk inside the house it's completely quiet! Absolutely loved this cottage!

Charming beach cottage in prime location

We had a wonderful family beach week at this house! The incredible location allowed us to easily walk all of our stuff to the beach to set up our spot and to come and go throughout the day which was great with 2 babies. We enjoyed lots of sunrise beach walks and walked the short walk into town every day. Funland is right across the street so it was fun to play games here and there throughout the week. The house had everything we needed and we cooked lots of great meals there. There was plenty of space for our 3 family groups to spread out; one thing to note is that two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are in the basement. The front porch was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. All in all a fantastic week!

Cottage House within a jolt to the ocean!

Our family enjoyed this perfect cottage house and all its extras for our week of fun together. It is across from the Funland Amusements but so soundproof we never heard the noise. The Boardwalk is just a few steps away as well as are all the stores and restaurants. Sitting on the cozy porch we watched the sun rise and set, played trivia, and just relaxed. The memories of this vacation will go on forever.

Charming cottage in a perfect location

Lovely, clean, comfortable older cottage with a lot of charm! We stayed here with our adult children for our beach wedding, and although it is not large, there were great spaces for family and alone time. Beautiful front porch, and even though Funland is across the street, you donā€™t hear any noise inside the house. A few steps to the beach, and a slice of ocean view from the front porch couch made this rental an ideal spot for our family!
