Excellent stay

we had a great week Jamie was very attentive and the house was beautiful and very clean definitely our favorite house in the area and we have rented many homes over the year s in LBTS. Beds we SUPER comfy

Great place!

This is a perfect place for a winter get-away. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Lots of outdoor relaxing area including a big TV to watch the Superbowl! Stylish and new.

Amazing place!

We booked Jamie’s place for spring break for our family and it was an amazing week. The place is fantastic and very nicely appointed…clean, great layout with everything you need. The location couldn’t be any more convenient to town and places to eat or to walk to the beach….We will certainly be back! Can’t recommend this place enough. Great memories for all of us!

Exceeded all expectations

What a wonderful house! Location is perfect, a short 5 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and chairs or bring your own. A great location for restaurants, quaint shops and live entertainment on Friday nights for the whole family all within walking distance. The house is unbelievable clean, spacious and a hidden gem on VRBO. The check in is easy, the host is beyond accommodating and the house is so wonderful and newly renovated it felt like a brand new home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and I'm very picky lol).

Beach Gem

This house was everything you could ask for in a luxury rental. The owners were very quick to respond and offered great communication. The most accommodating hosts. The property itself was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The location is perfect, very close to beach, shops and all things Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. Our family can’t wait to come back and celebrate Easter here every year and make even more family memories at this exquisite property.

Beautiful and comfortable

I stayed four nights with two my adult daughters, and we loved the house. We enjoyed the pool (especially with the extra heat, which we paid for), and everything was new, clean and in good order. We especially appreciated little extras like the beach wagon, beach chairs, coolers and nice dual coffee maker.The only problem we had was that there was construction across the street, which disturbed us in the morning and while we were swimming. But other than that, it is a lovely property and great location.

Perfection in LBTS

Our stay was amazing! This property recently underwent a beautiful renovation and was perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, nicely and thoughtfully equipped and in a great location. The backyard pool was just gorgeous too! Communication with the property managers was incredibly effortless, they were so attentive. We rented the golf cart and used it quite a bit in this lovely town but could have easily walked around everywhere; that's how close the beach, shops and restaurants are to this home. We did not want to leave and can't wait to stay here again! :) If you're looking to stay in Lauderdale-by-the-sea, look no further, you won't be disappointed with this property!
