Enjoy the Tahoe/Truckee area year round in this exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 bath Retreat in Tahoe Donner. This beautiful home will accommodate 12 people in 4 bedrooms. Relax in front of the fabulous wood burning fireplace in the living room and enjoy the peaceful, mountain surroundings. Plenty of comfortable seating for your entire family including 2 rocking chairs. This home offers high-speed wireless internet access, an attached oversized 2 car garage, and access to the Tahoe Donner Rec Center.

Our home is decorated with the “Mountain” theme in mind – you will enjoy our bear and moose décor throughout the home. When you enter the living and dining rooms on the second floor, you will find spectacular vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous river-rock hearth surrounding a wood burning fireplace. There is a large deck off the main living area where you can look through pine trees to the mountains in the distance! There is 50” plasma TV with VCR and DVD Players. In the dining room there is a large table and a bar countertop with additional seating. There is also a highchair for the little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms one being the “kids” room with 3 bunks (6 beds total) and a couch, 42' Plasma TV with DVD player along with plenty of toys! The 2nd bedroom is very large as well with 2 beds, one queen bed and a full-sized bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom right outside their doors. There is another balcony/deck off of the downstairs bedroom. On the upper level you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer as well as 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms on suite. The first has a Cal King bed with private bathroom and jacuzzi tub & shower. There is also a balcony/deck off of this master bedroom! The second master bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

This retreat has a large mud room when you enter the home through the garage or the front door, a total of 3 balconies/decks with walkways adjoining them! For a break from the great outdoors, we offer games and a selection of current fiction. We welcome families with children and provide children’s games, puzzles and books. Parking is available for up to six cars (two in the garage and four in the driveway).

This rental includes access cards for the Tahoe Donner resident amenities which include: two recreation centers with swimming pools (1 heated year-round), hot tubs, exercise facility, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross-country ski resorts, equestrian center, Golf Club with 18-hole course and public restaurants, driving range, and private beach on Donner Lake. A nominal charge applies for some activities.

Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the West end of Truckee. It is 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants, 10+ minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Sugarbowl, Squaw, Alpine Meadows and Northstar at Tahoe. See link below for additional Photos.
