We had a great stay! The view was beautiful. The king size bed was so comfortable!! The only downside was the ice maker did not work.

We had a great stay! Communication was clear prior to our arrival, and we received helpful instructions for both check-in and departure. The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great with easy access to the beach.We also appreciated the friendly security staff patrolling the property day and night, which added an extra sense of security during our stay.The bed was incredibly comfortable, although the mattress did sag a bit in the middle, so we occasionally found ourselves rolling toward each other. There are also a couple of minor maintenance items that could use attention: the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working, and the outside handle on the balcony door needs to be replaced.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo!There are also a couple of minor maintenance items that could use attention: the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working, and the outside handle on the balcony door needs to be replaced.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo!

Visibly room was clean, but floor was sticky.Beach view is awesome.Fans in bathrooms loud and not effective. Lock on the balcony was broken.Overpriced.

We’ll deep-clean and inspect the floors to remove stickiness, repair or replace the noisy/ineffective bathroom fans, and fix the broken balcony lock (we’ll also check all unit locks). The bathrooms need to be updated terribly. There is mold on the ceiling and rusted and molded vents. The balcony rails are peeling and rusted.

A nice getaway

Condo was very clean, beautiful view of the ocean, nice location, perfect for the two of us! Simple check in and check out. Older building but they have done a great job on updating the condo.

Little get away time

We really enjoyed our stay in sunswept 404 Great location close to restaurants and shops View was amazing Liquid life employee was awesome with quick response to text and helpful info The only issue was they was a little late on letting us check in but that was really the only complaint I would definitely stay at 404 again

The room wasn’t very clean, the bottom of our feet the very first night was black from the floors being so dirty. Shower has mold on the ceiling, and the showerhead was completely corroded. You struggle to get the shower curtain pulled back because the rod is corroded as well so the hooks keep falling off. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Everything else was good.

Great Condo

Great location, beautifully decorated, great complex. Price was great! Communication was awesome. Check in was an hour after the time communicated. When we called they stated that check in started at 3pm but couldn’t tell us when we could get in.

Thank you for your review, Meaghan! Unfortunately, during peak season check-in can take a little longer. Our check-in begins after 3pm, which we communicate in all of our arrival emails, and we monitor our cleaning system to send guests their code as soon as the property is ready.

Great Mini-Vacation Spot for Two

This is a nice property with an ocean view. it was perfect for two people but may accommodate more. We enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach, sitting on the private balcony, swimming in the pool, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The condo had everything we needed. We did not cook but enjoyed the drip and pod coffee makers. The half bath was convenient. Everything at the property seemed secure and well kept. We loved Orange Beach and would return and stay in the property again.

Very nice for a couple

This condo was clean, updated and close to everything. It was just fine for a couple. Any more than that and it would have been a bit tight. The balcony could have used another couple chairs There was 1 small table and 2 small chairs. Really nowhere else then to hang your swim suits on Overall it was good though

Nice condo for two, great location

The communication with the rental agency was excellent. The condo was just as described. Ample parking. Great location. We could walk to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. Fast elevators. Beach service right in front of the condo. Pool was large and deep. We liked that. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated that there was a half bath in addition to the main bathroom. That was convenient. We would stay here again. Perfect for two people. The floor was a little sandy but hey you are at the beach. If you don’t like sand, go to the mountains.
