This location is amazing! Right on the ocean with an amazing view!! Pool and great patios, sang yard to relax. It’s also centrally located to where you can get back to downtown and up to Secret Beach and the far north end of the island. The host Karen and her team was outstanding. Super responsive to anything we needed. It is also located right across from Pur which was super convenient! We will be back to this property!!
Our crew of 8 fit comfortably!
This view was the best medicine God makes!

Well kept, beautiful house with comprehensive support staff

The house is as pictured. Roads are rough in some areas, but that's just the Caye. Get a golf cart! There are 20 carts for every auto on the Caye. This house has a full compliment of (off-site) support staff. One person will arrange trips, cart rentals, and chefs. Another responds to any maintenance issues. The gardener comes regularly to maintain the grounds. They met us at the airport, assisted with luggage, and escorted us to the house. Food is expensive on the island. We hired a chef for most of our dinners, cooking for us in the house. Virginia and Dwaine brough all the groceries, and cooked fabulous meals. They were also great fun to talk with while they worked, and gave us great info on Ambergris.The chef was well worth it. We had a wonderful stay..

My group of 8 women enjoyed everything about this place. Pool was clean and refreshing. Have our own place to sit and enjoy each other and the gorgeous sunrise was great. The only thing was it stated a washer and dryer. It had a clothes line and wash spin unit. Not something we are use to but it met our needs.Will definitely rent when we go back!

I am originally from Lithuania and now live in San Diego, California. I fell in love with Belize years ago and have been hosting guests at Rainbow Villa for nearly five years.

Over that time, I have built a trusted local team that includes professional housekeeping, property management, maintenance, and concierge services to ensure every stay is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Our goal is simple: treat every guest the way we would want to be treated ourselves.

Rainbow Villa is located in one of San Pedro's most desirable beachfront neighborhoods, just 1.5 miles north of town. The area offers the perfect balance of convenience, security, and tranquility.

The scene here is exactly what many travelers imagine when they dream of Belize: swaying palm trees, turquoise Caribbean waters, gentle sea breezes, and spectacular sunrises over the Belize Barrier Reef. From the private dock, you can watch fishing boats, sailboats, and colorful tropical fish while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the ocean.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is that it remains a true residential community rather than a busy tourist zone. Most of our neighbors are homeowners, not vacation rentals, which creates a quiet and relaxed atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find on the island. You can enjoy your morning coffee listening to the waves, spend the afternoon by the pool, and relax under the stars at night without the crowds and noise often found closer to town.

Despite the peaceful setting, you're still within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and beach bars, and just a short golf cart ride from all the shopping, dining, nightlife, and activities that San Pedro has to offer.

For me, it's the best of both worlds: close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and experience the beauty of Belize.
