The Martinique Villa

Enjoy a sweeping view of the ocean and Sleepy Hollow Beach from the water's edge in this two bedroom, 1 ¾ bath villa. Martinique's decor is full of rustic tones and rich textures, with a gas fireplace and barbecue, a luxurious jetted tub in the master bath, and an outdoor fountain at the front door.
With easy access to the nearby beaches (Thalia Street to the south, Main Beach to the north, and Sleepy Hollow right out front) those who stay at Martinique can enjoy touring Laguna's finest beaches and participate in any watersports they desire. Alternatively, spend your days meandering along the private Sleepy Hollow beachfront dedicated to our guests and relax at night by your elegant fireplace.

​​​​​​​This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.
