Oceanfront Getaway

This pristine piece of heaven is just what you are looking for, seconds from the beach, the, pool, restaurants, bike and surf rentals or just sit outside and gaze at the majestic sunrise or you can walk upstair and watch the spectacular sunset In the many condo's that are ocean front listed they are long walks to the ocean, not mine, it is a 2minute walk so carrying beach toys is a breeze. The beach is fine white sand and great for a leisurely walk. Beachers has a large heated pool for those that prefer not
to get sandy. We have restaurants, bikes, surfboard, paddle boards, kayaks and bars all within a five minute walk. St Augustine is full of night life in the historical area and on the island, enjoy live music and concerts almost every week end. Enjoy a good night sleep on a brand new comfy king bed. I am also
very close so if you need help I try to make myself available. This is my home away from home so if your not enjoying it I probably am. Come enjoy lovely crescent beach and all the great people at Beachers.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was perfect for a beach getaway. Great view of the ocean, close to the walkway to the beach. Great local restaurants in close proximity. Will definitely return!

Perfect Family Getaway

Deena was easy to communicate with and super accommodating.Her condo is perfect for family, cozy and nice but not scary to have my toddler in! You can't beat the location right on the beach in a nice residential area! Highly recommend.

Beach knocking at the door

Great place right on the beach, views were amazing. Pool was nice. Clean, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. And the host was great she checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely would Vaca here again.

On the beach!

This small condo complex is right on Crescent Beach. Watch sunrise from your own private patio. Very nice! King bed was very comfortable and all quiet neighbors when we were there.

Deena was an absolutely wonder host. She was responsive and responded quickly to all question. Her unit is exactly as advertised and great spot for a quick getaway. The beach chairs that were provided were perfect for my mother and I for a day on the beach. We will return very soon!

Weekend trip to see St. Augustine at Christmas

My husband I enjoyed our stay while we visited all of St Augustine. Deena was great to work with and seemed to very much care about our stay. The place looks right out to the ocean which was very nice. The simplicity of it all worked nicely for the two of us!

Perfect place to spend your vacation

We stayed at this condo for two weeks and we loved everything about it.The views of the ocean from the patio are incredible and we spent every moment we weren’t out and about doing something there, watching sunrises, sunsets, surfers and rolling waves.The condo is perfectly located between many attractions, restaurants and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Our host, Deena, was awesome and made sure we were having a good time and checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back - this time for a longer stay though.

Comfortable Condo with Beautiful Views

The views of the ocean from this property are amazing. The king size bed is very comfortable and the condo was clean. The pool is nice and is large enough to handle a crowd. The owner is very pleasant and accessible. Would stay again.

Loved the Beach and Pool

Quaint and quiet. Pool was less than a one minute walk from the unit and the beach was only two minutes. Unit was clean and well decorated with the beach theme. We will be back.

Very nice place

We stayed for five days. It was beautiful. The condo was exactly how it was described. Plenty of space. The couch in the living room was very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped well ,we enjoy it .Getting in touch at Deena It was very easy. Will come again.

Perfect Stay

Thank you Deena for being the perfect Host , always available for questions or any needs. The condo is very neat ,super clean, and very homey. Perfect for a beach getaway right on the ocean. Just the right amount of space. An array of new appliances made it easy to have cooking options and stay in! Appreciated the extra TV in the bedroom, a very comfortable king size bed, and great air conditioning. The view from the private patio is spectacular of the ocean and the gorgeous natural vegetation on the dunes. The large swimming pool is beautiful , clean with lots of comfy chairs to hang out on. Appreciated the outdoor showers, a hose for cleaning off my dog and the nice walkway right out to the beach. There are laundry facilities, vending machines and elevators to the upper floors. Love that this place is pet friendly. Surprisingly, even though there are several condos in this building, it was very peaceful, private, and quiet. The management staff are courteous ,friendly, and ready to help with any questions, and keep the condo grounds immaculate. Would definitely come back and rent from Deena.

The Truth…not good!

We were very disappointed especially after reading so many glowing reviews about this property. The truth is, nothing besides the location is worthy of this trip. My husband and I were only able to last one night of our five night trip. The place was musty and it was difficult to breathe comfortably inside this property. The owner, has an air purifier/dehumidifier to help with the odor, but it simply did not help the musty smell. The dishes and silverware were dingy and dirty, so we had to go out and buy plastic cups to drink out of. Also, the towels that were provided to us had a musty smell to them too, which made them difficult to use. We felt like we walked into the 70’s. Everything except the sofa and bed should be updated. Everything else looked very run down.We knew we were in trouble when we noticed that the property owner didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The toilet paper was just simply laying on the toilet.We barely made it through one night before having to vacate and relocate to a different hotel on a different beach. Unfortunately, after stating our concerns about the musty smell to the property owner, she did not return any more of our messages and would not refund any of our money. We do not write reviews like this, but we felt like you should know the truth about this property before you invest your time and money.

Great view. Lovely location. Heated pool friendly people

The condo was a bit old and frayed. Although the bed was comfortable it really needed new bedding and pillows. The comforter looked really old. After getting settled in i noticed my feet were dirty as well as my husband's. The floor was dirty so I mopped it up. No oven in the kitchen not a single knife that would cut well. Mismatched flea market furniture. Not what we paid top dollar for. The condo units could also be rented out by a management company onsite. There were three levels...bronze silver and gold. According to the folks we talked to and the other units we saw we were paying more for less. Book with the condo management directly and get a gold unit...it will have more amenities in the unit and be priced better. We enjoyed our stay despite these issues but just felt others should know what you're getting for your money

I am a minimalist, so I don't purchase new furniture, fancy pictures and wasteful stuff. I like simple and that's how I keep my place. I love meeting and talking with my guests. My husband and I spend a lot of time there. I have three grandkids, and they have been going there with us for years, now they call to borrow the place. I love St Augustine beach and hope to see you there

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When you visit my place you are sitting right in front of the ocean and it will take three minutes to walk there. Many other condo's are beach condo's but you have a 20 min walk to the beach
