Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Stay in our premium unit at affordable prices!!!!



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping p to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR AND 2BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI AND THE 1BR UNIT NEXT DOOR!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Thanksgiving at Orange Beach, AL

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo with a good view. Clean and comfortable. The tv in the living room didn’t work, so I called the rental agency. Someone came the next morning and checked it out. The TV was bad. They got a new tv and brought it out the next morning and installed it. Quick and friendly service.

Great family condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 8. Everyone loved the size of the condo, comfy beds, spacious balcony and mainly away from the noise of the pool. Only issue we had, whoever cleaned it prior to our arrival didn’t really “clean” there was still sand everywhere, to be expected. Trash under the beds, shampoo bottles, shoes, etc but it didn’t put a damper on our time there

Beautiful Beach

Condo was very nice, beach was beautiful! Close to everything you need. If you have a bad back, the master king was not great.

Summer Vacation

The location was perfect. Close to attractions and restaurants. The pool was nice, and the beach access was right past the pool. We had some issues with the unit, but the Host resolved them quickly.

Stunning Views!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 couples. The furniture and space was all modern and very clean. The large balcony held all of us, where we spent most of our time watching dolphins and listened to the ocean. The pool was great and the beach was so fun. Definitely would recommend this place!!

Nice family place

Our room was as described. Only complaint I have is the bathrooms are small. Overall it was clean. A few spots of random cobwebs and dust. Mirrors were dirty. Sheets were a little worn and fuzz balled. We enjoyed and would stay again!

Great Winter Get-Away

This was our second year here - we love the on site racquet hall, hot tubs, indoor pool, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts! Beautiful ocean views, nice walking trail out to beach area, clean & spacious room. The only negatives were - The dishwasher & washing machine were very loud this year. A few newer pans and added utensils for cooking would be great! Ice machine didn’t work and lots of broken fridge shelves too. The laundry room door was catching too! Great location and we felt safe in parking area too.

Friends beach trip

When booking, it needs to be stated about the parking situation. We were 8 adults who came up in 3 cars. No where was it made clear about paying for parking or having only 2 spots available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo overall was good. Beds were squeaky and would make tons of noise any time you would move in bed, as well as the mattresses were hard. Be sure to bring your own dishsoap, papertowels, trashbags, etc as there was not enough to last our stay. Other than that the condo was good, location was great, kitchen had all the cooking ware/plates that we needed for our stay. Wouldn't mind staying again but would come more prepared than we did.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property smelled like someone had been smoking cartons of cigarettes in there for years. It was nasty. The AC didn’t really work like it should, making the smell even worse. Would definitely not rent again. Paid too much money to stay in a place like that.

Family beach weekend

Property maintained well, great area amenities like hot tubs, and pools were great however parking and the ability to purchase only 2 parking spaces ( 8 people that come to be together can’t arrive in 2 cars) with the solution to be oh just park offsite is ridiculous and will keep me from planning another stay The unit itself was decent at best, space was adequate but the master shower/ tub was a nightmare to finagle with it dial two never hot water land. The icemaker did not work. We did have a nice time and we made the best of it. This will probably not be our choice in returning to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: We had 4 adults and 3 kids (5,3,1) in this unit for 6 days.Pros: Great view and location; nicely decorated; mostly clean; beds were comfortable; couches were comfortable; great outdoor table and chairs; loved the beach and pool area; liked having w/d and coffee maker.Cons: living room rocking chair broken, blood on master bedroom sheets; no pack and play or highchair for the baby or beach toys for the kids. It was cheaper to buy these things at Walmart than renting. We loved the area would definitely come back, but would look for someplace that had the things we needed for the kids. We also had to throw out so much food because we could not take it with us. In VRBO's we have rented before we have had garbage bags, tissue, laundry detergent, spices, etc. left from other travelers. I left the hand soap and Tide Pods for the next person, but I will assume the management company either took them or threw them out. We gave our pack and play and infant seat, water, gatorade and everything else that was not open to some other visitors at the pool area.

Filthy dirty.

The property was filthy upon arriving. Floors were nasty with dirt, grime and mold in bathrooms. The towels were so worn that you could see through them!!! The coffeemaker was covered with baked on residue, inside and out. Nasty! No comfortable outdoor furniture. There were 3 different tables with tall chairs on patio. None were comfortable. The experience with the property manager was not pleasant. Way too expensive for what we got. Shame on Vrbo! We will never go through them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and owner was responsive to our requests. Beds weren't comfortable, had trouble with one of the TV's each night where the kids slept. There were 7 of us and we had to wash towels everyday. We were surprised the hot water didn't last for all of us to take showers. Kitchen was pretty well furnished expect there were no dish towels or broom. Beach area was nice but really crowded. Disappointed in people showing no respect for the beach area and leaving their trash. Nothing against the owner or condo...people just have no respect for the area. We were close to all we needed/wanted to do and had a great time.

IT WAS OKAY!

The location is nice and the two balcony's were also nice; however the master bedroom is on the back side of the condo so that balcony faces the road and not the beach. I will say that the second day we stayed we had a member of the cleaning crew break into our condo and take a significant amount of cash out of our wallets while we were at the beach. As soon as we noticed the money was missing, we called the person we rented the condo from. He was very nice about everything and sent someone out to look at the key pad entry sytem to see if anyone had entered with different codes. He was able to see that a cleaning person came into our condo that morning. He refunded all of the money that was taken without any question. I know it was an unfortunate incident to have to deal with while on vacation but the customer service that was received was excellent.

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice visit to Orange Beach. This was our first time to this area. It was a nice location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. There was a lot to do at the complex - pool, beach, tennis, racquetball. Overall, the condo was adequate but there was no extras...had ask the front desk for more trash bags, had to buy more dishwasher detergent since there was only enough for one load. The shower liners in both bathrooms need to be changed immediately. Could use a deep clean.

Spring Break With Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my girls and their friends to the beach for Spring Break. The condo was amazing. It was extremely nice, very clean and quiet. It was an amazing experience for these kids. I will say the pricing for the week helped a lot. They rented the place and paid for everything including groceries and gas. I was just adult supervision. You allowed their wish for this week to come true. Thank you so much!!We will most definitely be trying to stay with you again the next time we are heading to the beach. Only minor drawbacks were the ice maker not functioning in the room and us arriving the week of maintenance on the fitness room and saunas. Still no complaints ♥️

Family Bach Trip 2023
