This stunning beach retreat boasts a prime location just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. With 4 bedrooms, a brand new salt water pool, a relaxing hot tub, game room and a playground for the kids, this home is the perfect choice for families or groups. The backyard offers plenty of space to soak up the sun or enjoy dinner on the patio. Whether you're looking to unwind or stay active, this house and location has it all!

Inside this Boho style home you'll find a spacious living area with an open floor plan. Unwind from the sun and relax on either of the very comfortable couches and try not to fall asleep! The dining table has seating for six people while the open kitchen has four additional stools utilizing the oversized kitchen island. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Don’t feel like cooking? Within minutes are plenty of fantastic restaurants with plenty of recommendations once you book.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a 55” tv.

On the other side of the house are two more bedrooms both with queen memory foam mattresses and 50” tv’s.

Off the kitchen and behind a sliding barn door is a fourth room with a full bed.

The garage is now an air-conditioned tv/game room featuring a ping-pong table, 5,000 game classic arcade and a 65" tv with a very comfortable reclining leather couch. Fantastic place to hang on those rainy days!

Step outside and enjoy the giant backyard with a covered patio table and seating for six. Enjoy the sun relaxing by the salt water pool with 4 lounge chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs and a sun shelf for lounging in the pool. The backyard also features a luxurious hot tub with seating for six and a playground the kids are sure to enjoy!

While we don't offer cable, each tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your favorite Housewives seasons. Make sure you bring your passwords and log in to any service you're subscribed to.
